This was a great find especially for the Carrollwood area. Where there are not many great options of this quality to stay at. This was close to everything. Especially our youngest daughter and her husband who just gave birth to our 1st grandchild. Esposito's Italian restaurant, absolutely the best.Cold Stone, Grill Smith, etc. etc. etc.was incredible close just around the corner. The pool and work out facilities locker rooms and relaxing patio area were all meticulously maintained. The only thing that was out of place was our actual bed which was a king size as advertised, and is one of the main reasons we chose this property, but it was actually 2 twins put together that really didn't line up and the mattresses and pillows were definitely not up to the quality of everything else. They did have one mattress pad and sheets that covered it but unfortunately a week of sleeping like that left us both little tired and stiff. So just make sure you don't mind sleeping or rolling over in between the mattresses or maybe they will eventually upgrade the beds to the quality of the entire property. just g

Instead of getting two hotels rooms, we were able to find this 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths and kitchen, not to mention in unit washer and dryer. Like majority of VRBOs I have stayed in, they all need a little TLC. This one overall was clean, nice pool, close to restaurants/stores and communication with property staff was easy and quick. Would definitely recommend this rental and when we are back in the Tampa area, would definitely stay again.

Amenities, location and proximity to everything were perfect. Condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. The space and furnishings were above average. Only confusion came in communicating with right resource about common issues, e.g., check-in and check-out processes.

This was an enjoyable Country club stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that the pool and fitness center was close to our room. Great visit for a week.

The condo was perfect. Clean , comfortable with everything we needed. The pool was so nice and refreshing. Everybody was so nice and helpful. Thanks again Brian for everything . We would love to Come back!!!
