This house was perfect for our beach trip/baby shower. The house was just as described and the host was great! The house was supplied with everything we needed. I will most definitely rent again!! The ocean front views were spectacular and very relaxing.

This was our first time going to holden beach. We loved it. Its so hard to find a house that allows dogs let alone a big dog. The house was clean we had everything we needed. The price was good to be on the beach. We will definitely stay at this house our next trip.

Exactly as described! The location is perfect for anyone looking for a beachfront property. One of the few properties with a great yard to relief your pets. Loved that the deck has a gate to keep dogs in. Would recommend and return to Kim’s property!

Perfect week in a great place. Quiet area but super close to everything!

The house is in a wonderful location right across from the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking just about anything. Overall, the house was fairly clean. We had an issue with a lack of towels, but the owner responded quickly. Unfortunately the towels that were left for us had stains all over them, but they were clean. The owner was very responsive. We had a great trip!

We loved staying here this week. The house is on a corner lot next to the stairs to the beach. The beach is not crowded in this area. There are 2 perfect decks looking out at the water. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great week at HB. This is our 2nd time in the house and it did not disappoint. It could use some TLC but you will have that with beach houses !

This is our second time staying in Summer Breeze while on vacation, but with a different owner. The location of the house is perfect in every way. There are fabulous ocean views from almost every window. The inside of the house appeared very clean upon arrival. Our family arrived after 5 pm (checkin is after 4 pm). Once we got inside we found dirty linens, both towels & sheets, in the washing machine. There were no clean towels to be found & only partial clean sheet sets laying on some of the beds. We were not sure what to do so I immediately called the owner and left a message. After quite some time had passed, in which I messaged the owner on VRBO & called VRBO, the owner messaged me that the cleaning lady would be there in 5 minutes. I responded back we were very disappointed in what we had found. She responded she was celebrating Easter with her family & to contact the cleaning lady with any other issues until Monday. We were troubled on Sunday with a mouse in the house. We could hear it in the walls & the comforter was chewed in my son's room. The owners had used the house the week prior to us and had left the dishwasher in a precarious position unattached to the counter. It took 2 people to load & unload the dishwasher to prevent the racks from falling forward onto the floor. We contacted the cleaning lady on Sunday with our issues. She brought traps later that afternoon. The dishwasher was eventually fixed Thursday morning by a handyman.

Accomodations, view from the two decks, easy access to beach and the laid back time of year was just what we needed for our family. We plan on returning to Holden Beach.

My family absolutely loved our stay in your house at Holden Beach. The house had everything that we needed and is in a fantastic location. Having dog beds and dog food bowls for our pets was a great extra touch. We also appreciated the gate that latched on the front deck so we could let our dogs go out there and not worry about them running off. I hope we can return soon! Thank you for everything.

The ocean views along with the location of this property were simply perfect. If you want peace and serenity, you will want to stay here. The owner was terrific to work with before, during and after. If could give 10 stars, I would!

This is a comfortable house that has the most amazing views of the beach, the sunset and the sunrise. The house was easy to find on the island and had plenty of parking on-site. We spent a lot of time on the decks soaking up the gorgeous views and listening to the waves!

Was able to visit for a weekend with a group of friends and we were completely impressed. The location is perfect – it felt private, but you were also close to shops and restaurants if needed. Ocean front views from the Living Room, kitchen and decks made every moment wonderful. House was well stocked and I appreciated how spots were labeled so we knew where to put dishes back. Communication with the owner was consistent and easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very relaxing. Found local tennis courts not far off the island!

Everything was just as listed. This property is at the far end of Holden with very little traffic which made for a very peaceful vacation.

We have stayed at this property several times and have never been disappointed. Location is perfect as beach access is directly in front of house. The house is roomy and well kept. The only issue we had this year was with linens. When we arrived, the bags of dirty linens from previous guests were on front porch and there were no clean linens in house for us. I emailed the owner and she replied immediately with an apology. The clean linens were dropped off within an hour. However, there were no bed linens for the queen size bed. There should have been 1 king set, 1 queen set, and 4 twin sets. Instead we got 1 king set and 6 twin sets. I emailed owner again but never received the queen size sheets. We improvised using the twin flat sheets. This was just a minor inconvenience but still annoying considering the price of the rental includes linens. Overall it was a wonderful stay with perfect weather. Will definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Holden! The house was amazingly clean and just steps to the ocean! Definitely hope to come back and would stay there again.

The house was just as listed. Melodie was fantastic with communication whenever we needed something. There was an issue with the upstairs AC and Melodie spent days on the phone with the HVAC company trying to get it resolved for us, and temporarily put in window AC units as a great quick fix. The location of the house is perfect. It’s proximity to the mainland was ideal so you could visit all the loca food and shops. And it was far enough north on the island to provide a quiet vacation.

we loved the house, it had a great view of the ocean. The kids were up and out every day and forgot about playing videos games. The owner of the home was easily accessible when asking questions about the home. Well taken care of and the day we arrived the air conditioner up stairs was not working and the owner called the repair man who was out the next day and had it fixed within 10 minutes. We had no complaints about the house at all. We loved the views and the location of the home. The dogs loved the dogs beds. We are willing to come back again if the house is available for rent again next year.

This is the second year we have vacationed at this home and it is a perfect location. The home is very easy to live in, well equipt plenty of room and great views. The air conditioning on the second floor was not working very well, so it was really uncomfortable for sleep. We hope to stay there again next year.

The house was in an awesome location right on the beach, quiet neighborhood, well appointed kitchen, and beautifully decorated. For great ice cream try Beaches-N-Cream -- friendly staff and the kids loved it! Thanks to Melodie for a great stay!

We had a very good stay here and enjoyed the front row location of the house, until the beach replenishment project took over! I’m sure that is a one-time problem. The house is comfortable and airy and had what we needed. Lots of fun!

The location is a perfect get-a-way – away from the huge condos and hotels, crowds and congestion! This is a neighborhood setting and directly across from the beach. Great house with four spacious bedrooms. Exactly as we expected from the on-line photos and description! We hope to be back often!

Spent spring break here for second year in a row. Can’t beat the location right across from the beach so you can always enjoy the ocean sounds and activity.

Very nice home and great location. The ocean views were spectacular. Our dog loved it so much. It was so nice to be able to bring her. The owner always got back to us quickly if We had a question. The only downside was the constant noise from the beach restoration being done but it will be very nice when it is finished. But we did get some great videos of the big equipment for our grandson who loves any kind of construction machine! Getting the key out of the lockbox was a bit of a problem - maybe a new lockbox? Overall a wonderful experience.

This house was beautiful, as well as very clean and nice. Pictures and descriptions were accurate. The owner was very responsive in answering questions. I could see and hear the ocean from the bedroom and front porch. The beach was lovely!

Good place to stay. But things need improving .the overall cleaning house needed a good all over scrubbing. Copious amounts of dust! And it definitely needs a new mattress the King bed is Done worn out. Same goes for the washer and dryer. Smart tvs would be a great improvement as well as fixing up the wooden stairs . for the outrageous prices these days and covid cleaning I Expect ALOT Better overall sanitary cleaning and newer amenities .

We just love the view! Nothing like watching the ocean from either level, and crossing over the dunes to be straight on the beach.
