It’s a new hotel that is trying to learn how to be a real hotel. Friendly staff, good location. The hotel needs help with function and design of the rooms, it’s awful.

Amazing establishment, everything from the staff, accommodations and the dining and rooftop wow. The staff are truly professional and very eager to help craft your perfect stay in Porto. The drinks at the rooftop and lobby bar are very good and the bar staff really know their wines. The rooms are so nice and the decor is so cool. Loved my stay and I will return as the location is central to the historic center and also it’s very close to the nightlife scene which is cool.

It was clean, trendy, and in the center of it all. The staff was so very friendly and accommodating. We found this gem to be just what we wanted.

Amazing we had a great time and experience, all staff nice smiles and you noticed the service is very important for them. The hotel put attention on small details, location is the best to walk around the city, also the fact they have parking.will be back for sure !

Room too hot. Air con not on when arrived and couldn’t have balcony door open as turns air con offer. Bed uncomfortable. Rooftop bar closed in June. A joke of a hotel for the price.

Good location to be able to walk Porto easily.
Hotel is modern, staff are amazing (ie. someone met us immediately to park our car and it’s their own secure parking) and the complimentary breakfast is a super buffet and cooked options (as many things as you want). Would definitely stay there again

The most amazing place to stay, the room is luxurious, the service is phenomenal, breakfast which was included was spectacular with a variety of options, the staff are the greatest resource the hotel has . Can’t beat the location which is close to most everything !

This brand new hotel is fantastic, very comfortable. Central location to the town center, the spa is great after a long day of tours. The staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast is excellent. I just happened to mention our wedding anniversary and we had a gift in our room.

This hotel is quite possibly the most beautiful hotel I have ever visited. The ambience is amazing. The attention to detail in the decoration is unlike anything I have ever seen in a hotel setting. Craftsmanship and Modern amenities surround you as soon as you walk in. The staff was beyond accommodating. We even got a welcome cocktail when we arrived. The rooftop terrace is a beautiful view for sunsets. The spa...oh my god it was so beautiful and spotless. Pictures do not do this gem justice. You have to book and stay here.

Great location, and everyone was incredibly friendly. The room was very modern, and the hotel was quite eco-friendly, from the still water provided to the shampoo/conditioner bars. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar as well as the balcony from our room - perfect to enjoy the nearby music.

Can't say enough. Room was excellent. Very spacious. Staffing service are very approachable and I can't say enough about their hospitality. And the location of course, everything's at your fingertips. Ubers are easy. Would totally stay here again

This was a very fine hotel; excellent breakfast; the service was impeccable; for our entire European trip staying at 5 different hotels, this one was the best by far. Every staff member went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Greeted with a glass of port; a truly 5 star experience.

Great location. Parking needs to be more clearly explained- is it on site or not? We ended up parking in a nearby garage.OK but not ideal with luggage

Nice hotel with good location. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in a few hours early which was very nice after a long travel day. The one issue that we had was the bathroom and shower situation. The shower is in the middle of the room with no privacy and the toilet area was behind a door that was semi-private. The pictures online didn’t really show the setup. As 2 friends traveling, it wasn’t something we were crazy about.

It was in a great location. It was close to restaurants and some of the scenic sites in Porto. The staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival and each time we left and entered the hotel. The accommodations were very nice, although the shower is in the bedroom, which may not be for everyone. The included breakfast had a variety of choices and the restaurant was amazing.

A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service.
The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either.
Overall a great property, centrally located with access to everything in a walkable distance.

what a beautiful property< excellent location and the amenities including the SPA/ sauna/pool were a great respite after long walking days!
I would like to mention that Ms. Anna Fiqueli really went out of her way from check-in, to providing excellent daily tourist guides as well as amazing restaurant recommendation's! She was so friendly, knowledgable, kind, patient and resourceful! Truly made our stay in Porto the best experience ever!

Very noisy and staff did not seem to be well organized. Had to go back down to ask where our cases were and every morning we had finished breakfast before our pot if tea showed up. For the price it was definitely not worth it and would not recommend
