We sent a message to the property before we even booked and asked about the condo being wheelchair accessible. We were told there there 3-5 stairs leading to the front of the condo. We could handle 3-5 normal stairs. We needed wheelchair accessibility and the advertisement here says ground level. It is NOT GROUND LEVEL. There are however 5 steep steps down to the walkway leading to the front door. Also even more of a hazard to us was that the parking lot also had stairs to navigate and if you left during the day and arrived later there were no parking spaces close to the condo. The bathroom door is only 22 inches wide so the wheelchair will not fit through the door. There were flies and cockroaches. The curtains did not close properly. The plastic outdoor furniture is uncomfortable. The TV did not provide any local stations and in fact we could only watch very old movies. There is not a radio who listening to music was out too. VERY VERY disappointing and really false adverting. We tried to find another place but nothing was available at such a last minute notice. The kitchen refrigerator doors opens the wrong way and there is no place to set things on a counter when getting things out of the refrigerator. The windows were filthy and the other condos were getting cleaned expect ours. We asked about it and they said the owner only cleaned the windows when they were coming!!!! Terrible place to stay and we stayed there for an entire month. We are 92 and 89 years old and this was the worst place we have ever stayed.
