I booked this about 11pm because I just needed somewhere to stay for the night and no one was taking bookings, Andy was very helpful by guiding how to book online and getting me a room fast.

Very clean. Separate area with a terrific coffee table machine Room chic in a modern basic electric fittings and wiring on the walls kind of way. I liked that room was sizeable too

The room seemed to be below the air conditioning unit. Too noisy, could nt sleep - May as well have had a Chinook on the roof

Good Location and clean.

Basic interior decor, we ordered twin, got a double. Room was on ground floor.

Great position. Lovely to have larger rooms to accommodate our diverse family. Comfortable; good use of space; basic but totally adequate & beautifully done. Loved the guest service area.

Minor l things like no refill of toilet roll & & only 2 towels, when 3 people staying in the room.

We had breakfast out. Very quiet for the centre of town very easy to find great location for town and beach. Car parking was close and ample space we also found the owner helpful and very accommodating

Nowhere to sit in room and drink, area around bed was tight.

too small to be taken seriously....unless you are fit and athletic you won't even make it upstairs to the bed up little more than a loft ladder. Style over function...the bathroom is a joke, incredibly small... Simply not fit for purpose...

There were no towels, we had to go and buy some. Unfortunately it was also a little noisy in terms of the plumbing

Excellent wonderful short stay in Worthing, lovely clean room, comfy beds, fluffy towels and lovely extra touches like room spray and high quality hand soap and body wash. The location is brilliant. Close to bars, restaurants, shops and the sea front! The building is beautiful and has been renovated to a high standard!
