Very nice and clean house. Lots of beds and open kitchen/dining/family on first floor.

The house is close to most of the things you would want to do but not close enough to walk. It also did not feel safe to walk at night around the area. The beds were incorrectly listed as 1-King and 4-Queens beds but were actually 1-Queen and 4-Full sized beds. The smoke detector in an upstairs bedroom was fully disconnected and there was mold in one of the bathroom ceilings due to the vent not functioning properly for a period of time. The host was quick to respond to emails but did not resolve my issues. We appreciated that a coffee maker, coffee, and creamer were provided. If we visited Chattanooga again, we would not stay here again.

My family and I rented this property for our faculty Christmas vacation. The listing said it had a bedroom with a king bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 queens. The house actually has a bedroom with a queen bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 fulls. This would have been good to know since we have some people over 6ft. The beds also were not the most comfortable. Parts of the floor downstairs were sticky. The lights in the kitchen didn't work. Ten minutes after we were supposed to have access to the rental I had to contact the host for the access code because it still had not been sent. For how much we paid, it wasn't worth the rental.

The listing was not correct about the bed sizes in the house . We also had a hard time with parking . And this townhouse was not in a good location we had a homeless person sleep on our steps or our rental .

We needed a house w minimal stairs and a downstairs BR for post knee surgery for our UTC student. House was great, location was close to campus so friends could come visit their friend/patient.

Our family loved all having our own bathroom and the ease of walking to restaurants and entertainment. Beds were very comfortable. We definitely will stay again.
