Lovely boutique spa resort. Excellent customer service, the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk from middle of Ubud, but if walking is not your thing they also provide a regular shuttle service. Great spa with all the usual treatments, 2 restaurants with good food and drinks options. We especially enjoyed our Balinese cooking class, it was a lot of fun!

Location was very good -- resort is set back from the busy street which means it is relatively quiet and feels private. It's a modern build but with nice Balinese touches including the stone temple artifact poolside. Rooms are situated around the pool and adjacent to the restaurant. We got in late and had dinner in the restaurant which did NOT disappoint. You can have eggs your way for breakfast but I enjoyed the local dishes each morning. Hadn't been in Ubud for 20 years -- it's gotten insanely busy and the traffic is horrible, but this is just outside the chaos so you can decide to walk to Ubud Center (carefully!) to avoid getting caught in traffic jams. As always -- walking the less-travelled pathways and backroads is ideal. Front desk staff very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We chose due to location and reasonable price during high season (availability was limited) and were pleasantly surprised.

The staff are so friendly. Every member of staff welcomes you every time they meet you. The setting is great. There are lots of restaurants/ bars nearby and you can walk in to ubud from the hotel, however the traffic is manic so either use the hotel shuttle (which runs 4 times a day) or get a taxi if you don’t feel comfortable. If we are back in ubud again, I would not have any hesitation returning here 🙏👍😁.

The front desk and breakfast teams were lovely. They did everything with a smile and were super welcoming. On leaving my taxi was having difficulties and they were super helpful.

I absolutely loved my time spent at this hotel the staff was amazing and the rooms were clean. We ate breakfast and dinner there and the options were delicious. But the staff was top tier!

We lived our stay at the Hava. It isa beautiful hotel just outside of Ubud main center. The location was perfect for us. With great food, good staff, lovely facilities and great location, you really cant ask for more! We will definitely be back!

The service and amenities were fantastic! Staff were friendly and professional! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Ubud is so serene!

I like the room its big and clean. Also have bath tub. Staff also nice and friendly. But i dont like the breakfast. Everyday same sausage also its not warm.

We had an amazing stay at the hava Ubud! The hotel is a pearl in the heart of Ubud and eventhough it is new, you can feel the soul and warmth of the place because of the amazing and kind staff (thank you Rai and Septiana! ❤️) It’s definately a unique place and location in Ubud. It’s not in the buzzeling citycenter, so you can find peace and serenity here. Close to many good eateries, the coffeebar “bgs” and a amazing foot reflexiology in the Star Child Spa 2 nearby. The rooms are nice and clean, and the pool and area around it is beautiful. We will miss the hava and will definitely be back!

Property was perfect, great location, nice and helpful staff. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a spot to stay in Ubud, this is the one!
