Room was perfect

One of the manager on the reception was not professional at all. The worst experience in my life. very arrogant and rude communication left me in shock.

Hotel is the most beautiful hotel in Las Vegas. Wonderful styling and design. Pool areas are nicest in Las Vegas. Just a spectacular property.

No poker room. I had to leave the hotel to play poker at other casinos. I ate at these other casinos and spent most of my money there. If you had a well run poker room I would have spent little time at other casinos. You really have a nice property and I have been recommending it. But put a poker room in the hotel because I would really prefer to spend my time at the Fontainebleau.

Don’s Prime was overpriced average tasting food.

Gorgeous. While it’s not in “the center” it’s worth the extra Uber ride. It’s an absolutely stunning property. Every detail has been looked after in a way where you know people are paying attention.

I didn’t love the $180 spa pass fee for hotel guests. That’s sort of extreme in my opinion.

From the moment we pulled up to the Fontainebleau, I was extremely impressed with the architecture, design, attention to detail and attentive staff. We were greeted by Casper at the front desk who upgraded our room from the 8th floor to the 61st floor with a view of the strip! The room was modern, clean, bright, functional. The bed is comfortable, water pressure is strong and plenty of room for 2 people to share the space (Bleau king). The casino, restaurants, lounges and SPA are some of the nicest in all of Vegas or in my travels in many cases. Pedro at the spa was an excellent massage therapist and the amenities are top notch. I cannot wait to return to FB- Thank you to the staff at Lapis, Mother Wolf, Bleau bar, LIV, LIV beach, Oasis pool, fitness center, La Cote, Cafe Cuto, Nona, Miami Slice, and the front desk for a truly memorable experience. Look no further for a classy, comfortable and carefree vacation!

Excellent and wonderful suite, up to Vegas standards. Brand new casino with nice restaurants. Service was awesome and responsive. I will definitely come back.

The location was good but I did not eat there.

Gran ubicación, muy buen gusto restaurantes, hotel, lobby… los bares padrísimos, restaurantes como KYU y Papi Steak buenísimos!!! Los casinos normales lo cual está bien porque no va gente solo a jugar.

Great location, lots of places to eat in and around the hotel. Clean and peace rooms. New hotel, close to Las Vegas convention center. Free bag storage for up to 3 days at hotel.

Very spacious room & bathroom! Very clean and neat.

The stocked bar fridge with sensors makes it impossible to store your own water in the fridge. Ice machine on the floor is helpful but feel a space can be left open for a water bottle at least in the fridge.

Wat is dit hotel een verrassing: prachtige kamers, goede service, alles is zo mooi en luxe dat je je dagen in alleen het hotel al zou kunnen vermaken. Ook qua restaurants: voor ieder budget is er iets te vinden!

We zeiden tegen elkaar: eigenlijk zijn er geen minpunten. Het enige wat we kunnen noemen is dat we wat last hadden van het geluid van de koelkast. Hier hebben 3x over gebeld en drie keer zou er iemand komen. Helaas hebben ze onze kamer niet kunnen vinden ;)

Restaurant choices , swimming pool area closed . Checked into our room and the previous tenants dirty room service dishes were still there, and food stains on fridge door and counter tops.

Too big !!! Reception and guests elevator are way tooo far away from each other…!!! A hassle!!! Impossible with the carpet dragging suitcases to get to my room Terrible supervisor at reception Terrible supervisor at the casino’s black jack… he actually screamed at me coz i changed money and wanted to go play on another table !!! I thought he was rude.
