The place is fine. However the management is poor. Checked in and immediately notified of a very noisy air con. Advised would be checked and when done we had 2 days to go in our 6 day stay and at the end nothing was done about it which made the stay uncomfortable especially at night with the heat. Being located next to a pond couldn’t risk keeping windows open as insects would get in. The lady manager avoided any sort of compensation and the sad part is she knew of the problem as a previous review noted the same thing yet she never advised of the issue prior to arrival which would have made up change locations. Therefore not happy with the overall experience and would recommend a more honest approach to customers especially ones staying more than 1-2 days.

Really lovely and spacious apartment, a pleasure to stay there. The property manager was great, and met us at the entry to the property when we arrived, and had really great communication throughout. Fully self contained, wifi was great, everything was really good.

Great location and great stay

What a fabulous stay. My whole family loved it. Staff were amazing and the apartment was very ckean and felt homely. Shops were so close and free undercover parking. Great security at the complex.

Seperate bedroom and bathroom for children was fantastic. Equidistant from SeaWorld and MovieWorld. Quiet apartments, friendly people. Warm spa. Beautiful kitchen and dishwasher.

The property has 5 blocks of units. I was not at the address I booked online. Very deceiving. Check-in process difficult & confusing. Dont ask me how to access the swimming pool, i wasnt told or given a map of the exit points. Wouldn't trust to book this property again.

The apartment was absolute beautiful. Very modern and clean. There was everything we needed for our stay. We'll definitely choose them again.

A perfect location for what we were looking for. Spacious and beautiful apartment with ease and convenience to the beach, shops and activities. Would definitely stay again!
