Super clean and super efficient. Easy to check in from my app earlier in the day so even though I arrived very late I just walked past the front desk and straight to the elevator to my room and used my digital key to walk right in. Super simple easy and zero headaches. Beautiful clean and new room even had my first name on the TV screen when I walked in maybe because I had signed in to the honors app was a really nice touch though. Quiet and great experience. Jaziya had great customer service. New hotel and A+ overall. 1 thing though I arrived very late and had to park a block away in a parking garage. Taking an elevator from the 5th floor in a parking garage and walking to the hotel at 2 am in any neighborhood is a bit disconcerting. Wish there was parking on the lot or at least a valet service at all hours. I saw valet service in the morning in the hotel but there was no valet at that late hour that I arrived. Other than that was perfect 👍

Hotel was fine. Check in lady wasn’t that friendly but evening clerk was nice. Room was clean but the hallway on the 10th floor had towels and a vacuum machine left there for 24 hours. Parking is $20 a night.

This property is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. I would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel. There is a Whole Foods next-door, which I find to be convenient.

Very clean hotel! Was great to have a market and restaurants within walking distance. Did not like that you have to pay to park. We did do valet parking which was $30 a day or you can park yourself and i believe that was around $20 a day

This was my first time staying in Home2 suite hotel. I was very pleased with the room and all aspects of my stay. The service was great and room was very clean.

Second trip to this property. Staff friendly on both occasions Breakfast selection good and rooms clean and sizeable. Although the beds are hard!! Shout out to the bell staff who are always pleasant and fast!! We walked to dinner from hotel two nights in a row. So nice to have that ability

A little hard to find at first so know that Homewood and Hampton Inn are in the same building. Clean and spacious room. Self parking is a bit of a walk and wouldn't want to do it alone at night. Valet is available. Minutes from TU so convenient for our visit.

The hotel room has a lot of space. Great for large families. The only thing I would have loved if the parking lot was closer but a 1 block walk really can't hurt unless the weather is bad

Had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to check in after 3:00pm. Hotel said they were inspecting the room and it took them an hour and 15 minutes to do that . Fire alarm was pulled and or set off by someone smoking in their room.

We booked the hitel because it was in a good location. We want a pool sorry we ciuld swim. They pool was not open and we had no warning or we would have changed locations
