This is the best location I've found so far in my many years of attending Towson University's homecoming.

The customer service was outstanding, Jaziya at the front desk was very helpful and full of knowledge. Went above and beyond. The breakfast is excellent, large choice offered, the suites are large and spacious but most important VERY clean and comfortable. 5 star rating from my family!!

General conditions, room size and cleanliness were commendable. Included breakfast was very nice in its variety and quality, two thumbs up there. Hotel lobby or common area felt crowded and busy. One check in/out desk served two properties, Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites. Overall a positive experience.

New, clean property; convenient location. Needs more staff at front desk. Parking isn’t very convenient.

Overall the suite was nice if I was there for more than 1 day. I think the bed and bathroom are better in the Hampton Inn side of the hotel. Pillows were soft but that is my preferenc.e

Manager was rude when checking out didn’t want to allow me to let my children swim for 1 hr . The rudeness and no common courtesy at all ! She was far most the rudest at that hotel other than that a great stay

Super clean and super efficient. Easy to check in from my app earlier in the day so even though I arrived very late I just walked past the front desk and straight to the elevator to my room and used my digital key to walk right in. Super simple easy and zero headaches. Beautiful clean and new room even had my first name on the TV screen when I walked in maybe because I had signed in to the honors app was a really nice touch though. Quiet and great experience. Jaziya had great customer service. New hotel and A+ overall. 1 thing though I arrived very late and had to park a block away in a parking garage. Taking an elevator from the 5th floor in a parking garage and walking to the hotel at 2 am in any neighborhood is a bit disconcerting. Wish there was parking on the lot or at least a valet service at all hours. I saw valet service in the morning in the hotel but there was no valet at that late hour that I arrived. Other than that was perfect 👍

I highly recommend this hotel

Hotel was fine. Check in lady wasn’t that friendly but evening clerk was nice. Room was clean but the hallway on the 10th floor had towels and a vacuum machine left there for 24 hours. Parking is $20 a night.

This property is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. I would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel. There is a Whole Foods next-door, which I find to be convenient.

Very clean hotel! Was great to have a market and restaurants within walking distance. Did not like that you have to pay to park. We did do valet parking which was $30 a day or you can park yourself and i believe that was around $20 a day

This was my first time staying in Home2 suite hotel. I was very pleased with the room and all aspects of my stay. The service was great and room was very clean.

Hotel was super clean and walkable to shopping and restaurants in the area. Surrounding area was noisy at times.

I did not like paying $20 a night for parking.
