We spent a lovely week in Port Aransas. After the check-in problems, all was well with the Condo and our stay. I received a message from the VRBO link saying the check-in procedure would be sent to me one day before our arrival, but we never received any check-in procedure or codes. When we arrived at the Condo I had to call the reality company that manages this property, but there was no answer in the office. I left a call back voice mail. About a half hour later I received a call, but she would not believe who I am, and would not give me any codes. Eventually after a long list of information she gave me the door code to get into the Condo. I talked to a fellow in the next condo and he said he had the same problem. After we got in, the condo was clean and everything worked the way it should.

This is a fantastic place to stay that exceeded our expectations. Looks exactly like the pictures. Updated, beautifully decorated and so clean. This was the perfect amount of space for my husband and me for a week.

The property was adorable - it’s a cute as it is in the picture with great amenities and tons of plugs. I loved it. And then there was the “dog incident”. I was changing to go to the beach when someone banged on the door. I’m a woman, staying alone, and wasn’t expecting visitors. But I saw through the peephole that the visitor was wearing a T-shirt (though now I’m not sure if it was for the property or the rental agency) so I cracked the door to see what was happening. She said someone reported hearing a dog barking and asked if I’d heard it. I said no, she stood there awkwardly, and after I asked if there was something else, she said that was it. Not 10 minutes later, there was more banging on the door - even more aggressively than the first time. It was quite alarming. This time, it was a large man, wearing a T-shirt in the same color and with the same logo as the woman from earlier. He also asked if I’d heard a dog, then asked if I had one (I do, an 80-lb Labrador who was with my parents back home). After I said no, I was treated to a lecture on how the property isn’t dog friendly. I finally yanked the door open and told him to come in and be sure to check under the bed and in closets. The lecture didn’t stop. They apparently also never found the dog- I heard it bark a few times in the next few days. I basically spent the rest of the trip wondering if that guy was going to come beat down my door and accuse me of lying again. It was not relaxing at all.

We absolutely loved it! Place was adorable and within walking distance of the beach. We brought along our wagon, and it worked great! Only thing that was a bit much was the constant sand on the floor. I swept daily and somehow found sand EVERYWHERE and boy did we try thoroughly rinsing ourselves before stepping inside. We are on the beach though, so it was expected. Kind of. lol We are already planning our return back.

The condo was well equipped, plenty of supplies, has a dish washer which was nice and an icemaker in the freezer! Only complaints were the very slow draining shower which almost overflowed after 2 showers and the operation of the TV. Instructions would be helpful! We took a super quick drive to the beach and the weather was fantastic Waves a bit flat Thanks would recommend! Perfect condo for 2!

This studio apartment was exactly as listed! Kitchen was very well equipped with all the appliances we could possibly need and more. We’ll be booking again in the future!
