Old building in the perfect location to the concert venue and walking distance to the Pier. The building and apartment are old which adds character. It’s also stated in the description so no surprises. The courtyard and building are secured so you feel safe even being on the ground floor. It was the cutest little apartment in the perfect setting. I thought our girls would be sleeping on a sofa bed, but there’s actually a single over double bunk in the room. And because we didn’t mind all sharing the big space, it was honestly great. The apartment was clean and had whatever we needed. The Hostess was also amazing to communicate with which was great as we were driving in from Canada. She answered ALL of my questions. There is no private parking on site but there is a paying parking lot next to the building. I was able to leave my truck there all weekend and felt safe doing so! I 10/10 recommend this place and we know if we go in to Seattle again, it will be our choice for staying!

Easy stay downtown

Place was great, docked 1 star because I feels silly that I paid a cleaning fee but I had to take out my own trash in the basement (we stayed on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator)

This property was in a great location to all the downtown venues. If you aren’t into walking the bus station is across the street. The grocery store across the street is a huge bonus. Property manager was great to work with very responsive and helpful. Loved the cute, clean little apartment in an historic old building.
