It was all we had hoped for. Clean, conveniently located, great view of the lake, comfortable and fully furnished, with a great "At the Lake" theme in the interior decor. We found it very restful and enjoyable as we did our thing in Hot Springs.

This condo is the perfect spot for a getaway! The view of Lake Hamilton is absolutely beautiful!! Easy access to the lake. Also very close to restaurants and shopping! I will definitely recommend this condo to everyone!!

We come to Hot Springs every year for Thanksgiving and stay in Tha Condo on the lake this was the worst one ever wasn’t clean and yes I do have pictures didn’t have anything we needed to cook dinner the TV only work in living room just was disappointed all way around..

I normally don’t write reviews, but this place deserves one. Got here on Saturday. The view is amazing. You can see the whole lake, beds are so comfortable. Nice spacious living room. So convenient to the restaurants the horse track.

My family really enjoyed our short getaway. The condo is located on the water so we were able to enjoy the view from the balcony. The rooms were very inviting and spacious. My only complaint was that the downstairs condo had dogs that would bark every time we opened our doors or used the steps. The grounds could have used a clean up due to litter but that likely has nothing to do with the condo. There was plenty of dining nearby and the grocery store is right around the corner.

This was the perfect place for our stay and it was close to everything that we wanted to do! We had a great view of Lake Hamilton. The condo was well-stocked and had everything that we needed. This condo was stocked better than any we’ve ever stayed in before, which helped to make our stay perfect and less stressful! We had a sweet welcome basket with a nice thank you note from Mary Ann for choosing her place. Mary Ann was excellent to communicate with and answered questions timely. :) We arrived in Hot Springs a little under an hour before check-in time and was able to check in early, which was so helpful! The code for the gated entry and the keyless entry for the condo were super easy to use!
The beds were so comfortable and this place was perfect for two couples to get away! Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer. Thanks for opening your home to us for a perfect weekend get-away!

The cleaning people were slacking, but it is hard to get people to work now days. But i feel like with all the miscommunications we had i should get something back, I had to fold a load of towels to be able to use to dry off with, we had no toilet paper or paper towels. We notified lender as soon as we got there because we were never even give the code to get in or anything. They were super nice and got us everything the next day but it was frustrating with 3 kids under 5 at 10 at night trying to get in somewhere. I will definitely make sure i have all the information the next time.

The bedrooms were very nice! The view is awesome and at a reasonable price! There were a few cleanliness items they had the cleaners come back to address: trash bags, clean sheets for couch. Very quickly addressed! Great stay! Pool was clean and relaxing!! Great communication. I would stay again.

Stayed 4 nights just to get away, relax, shop and eat. Lol The location was perfect and my friend and I enjoyed our time there. The sunsets from the balcony are truly amazing!!

We enjoyed our stay so much in this condo! It had a beautiful view of the lake and my children enjoyed swimming in the pool daily. Everyone in the area was so kind and the condo was very clean!

We loved staying here! The teenagers loved the pool and how close it was to our condo! It was a super easy check-in (and out) process. Everything was very clean and orderly! We will definitely be staying here again on our next Hot Springs adventure!

Well, it didn’t start out so great because we couldn’t get in touch with the property management to get our code to the gate to enter the community & door code to condo. After emailing & calling EVolve the property management for this particular rental for approximately an hour~ we we’re finally able to get into the property. We absolutely loved the condo & grounds. The only thing I’d complain about is the lack of water pressure & personal touches/communication from the actual owners.

Condo was in a great location and just what we needed. Safe neighborhood and not far from downtown. It was very neat and clean! View of Lake Hamilton from balcony was just beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

Mary is so easy to work with and provided us with an exceptional place to stay. When we come to Hot Springs we will always stay here. Clean… comfortable and affordable. Perfect place to get away and enjoy Hot Springs/Lake Hamilton. We will be back

We loved this place! It was plenty of room for the littles to play, super clean and very simple. I love that the kitchen was stocked with utensils. The balcony looking at the lake was beautiful! We sat out there for a long time. It was easy to find and easy to get in and out! We will definitely be saving this for when we come back!

We have a blended family - and needed a space for all of us (teens & infant). This was great! There was even a pack-n-play in the closet, and a little highchair! That was especially great to find (I'd add those to your listing - it's a selling point for us!). This space was big enough to play card games while our Little was on the floor, and we watched movies and generally did all the family things.
Con: We wish there had been a mixing bowl and wooden spoons. We made pancakes and cookies on different days, and found items to mix them up with, but a bigger bowl would have been great to have.
