Nice vacation house! Could use some updates but overall nice place to stay with family!

My sisters and I stayed in the home the end of February and enjoyed our stay. The house is a little worn. One of the dining chairs has loose legs that will cause an accident for someone soon and some of the cabinets are looking worn. Light switches are marked, but still a little awkward, beach towels are child size and need to be replaced. Overall the house was comfortable the outdoor space was nice and though we didn't use the pool, it was heated and clean. The beds are comfortable, and the location is great. The host was quick to respond with our questions, but we were a little disappointed with the check-in time (4:00) and were not allowed in early. We would stay again and hope this review helps the owners.

The only negative was how short the visit was. I had some personal hiccups with the check in and check out - but the property management was responsive and attentive to my needs.

The property had everything we needed and more for the beach and pool. Easy to find,close to stores and restaurants. Easy to find. Communication was easy and the property managers maintained good contact throughout our stay.

Our stay at this Beach house is just what we needed for our long weekend getaway. The pool was a nice addition to be able to relax in during the evenings. The cushions on the patio has mold on them but we could sit in the other chairs. Everything was in reasonable distance from us. Beach chairs were provided however we could not use the umbrella due to part of the pole missing. It was nice to be able to use the bikes to go on a few bike rides. We were unable to park in the garage due to a car parked in there. Anytime we reached out with questions before and during the trip we always got a response. I would definitely recommend staying here!! Thank you!!!

Great location! The house has everything and it was really clean. The heated pool is amazing, great option for cloudy or windy days. I really recommend for a quick family trip.

We had a great time staying here. Everything was exactly as described and the communication with the owners was outstanding. The pool and patio area were perfect and offered a great place to unwind after a busy day as well as a great place to start our day.

Very nice home, conveniently located. Starbucks, Walgreens and Publix all very close. Perfect size for 3 of us. Pool was the perfect temperature. We bought an extra tube and left it for future guests. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies but we usually dine out on vacation. It’s all there if you need it. The only thing I would recommend is new pillows. They were all a bit flat but no major problem. The washer was on the fritz. The power button was temperamental and would occasionally not work when needed. I had trouble with my app that week otherwise I would have communicated with the owners. It did not hinder our stay at all. As for the beach, it was too far to walk. We had family at the JW so parked in the visitor lot and walked over. It was a wonderful trip with a lot of sun, sand and ice cream!

Our daughter and her two daughters stayed with us for just a couple of days . We all loved the house . It was in a great location to a lot of our favorite type of restaurants. We went to the beach every day and had a very memorable mini vacation .

We had a fantastic time- loved the property! Only recommendation to make it an overall 5 star would be to splurge on new mattresses for all of the beds.

We loved our stay! Easy check-in, very clean, quiet for our toddlers’ naps & early bedtime. Relaxing on the lanai with access to the pool was so nice to have and the place is very close to parks, beach access, restaurants, etc…We would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat!

All of the properties we have stayed at on Marco Island have had their good points. This house was easy check in, good communication with the owner, very clean, well stocked kitchen, walking distance to some great shopping and restaurants, bikes in good condition to ride, and a wonderful pool. This is the first house to have a pool with a very comfortable, consistent temperature. It also had a sunny lanai to go with it. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great area. Close to everything. The house was very clean. It had everything we needed. Was just not to happy about leaving the pool doors unlocked. It’s more of a safety issue. Other then that it was great.

I would change out the blinds in the main bedroom at least they fell off easy and was not great for privacy but everything else was wonderful.

Great house and wonderful owners, but the location in reference to the beach and what beach you have access needs to be more accurate, because you are no where neat the JW Marriott. The beds are absolutely horrible!!! 100% needs updating in that department.

This property was perfect for our family. The house was very clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was close to shopping and restaurants, and a short drive to the beach. Our favorite part by far was the nice sized lanai, which included a pool, table, sectional sofa, and large screen TV. Whenever we were at the house the kids were in the pool playing volleyball and the adults were too (or lounging nearby). The only exception was when we all gathered on the outdoor seating for a late-night movie before bed. We also took quite a few bike rides (4 provided by the house and we rented one more). We would definitely recommend this house for anyone staying on Marco Island.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely and well kept up house. The pool and outside living area make this a wonderful rental. The house has houses next door and right behind so you need to be respectful of their proximity when enjoying the outdoors. There is an empty lot next door and a house under construction across the street. The neighborhood is quiet. It was an enjoyable time.

My husband and I loved the house! It was beautiful and very clean!! The backyard was amazing and clean as well! The pool was warm and the location is perfect! We were about 5 mins from everything we did! We will definitely stay again!

We had a nice stay at your home with plenty of space for our family of five. The pool was clean and warm. Suggestions for improvement would include: updated beach chairs and maybe a few pool toys.

The house was as described, very clean, and organized. Check in and out was easy and friendly. Nice neighborhood and very close to supermarkets and stores. Outdoor space -pool-dinning and tv are were excellent. A nice place to stay.

Great house with all the things that so many of these rentals can fall short on stuff… not this one. It is one of those places that just works if you are going to the area with friends or family. Already recommended to friends in the area whose relatives need a home for a month in Marco area. Rarely do that. Just a winner.
