Very easy find, good value for the money. Cleaned everyday. Used this 4 times over the month.

The mattress was slightly firm for my liking but that’s all.

bed was quite hard. very minimal room (no TV ) needed a torch to open key safe in the dark

Excellent for a quick overnight stop before or after a flight. No frills but very clean. Great little kitchen area.

We were in a downstairs room and the floorboards creaked from an upstairs room when the occupants were moving around.

It was not clear that the space is shared with other people - Red Flag #1 🚩 . The toilets (x2) and the dining area is shared. There's 5 rooms soo perhaps there can be 5 queen rooms of up to 10 people (i'm only extrapolating). It was initially advertised free private parking was available. This was a mistake that the host promptly corrected (thank you!) however it was too late to change our accommodation.
