The bed was very comfortable, there was tea, coffee and biscuits by the kettle. I didn't try the drinks because it was such a short stay and I met with family at a local pub in the evening and had a good cooked breakfast in the morning before an early start. The biscuits were very nice. Lawrence was very helpful and kept in touch by text before I arrived.
It found it hard to get the shower to a comfortable temperature, I managed to get it to not burning! I was not very patient however as I wanted to get ready, if I had persisted a little more, I'm sure it would have been fine.

Lawrence was super lovely. Very informative, kind, friendly, helpful. The place was clean and tidy. Loved the entrance area in the house. The view from my bedroom was stunning. Half hour walk to the lytham windmil (lytham festival at the time) close to train station and a pub around the corner. 2 min walk. Overview of fairhaven lake. Loved the continental breakfast. Had fresh berries. Absolutely loved my stay. Highly recommend. I will be happy to come back again.

The house had quite a lot of history about it with it's wooden panels inside with lovely views over the lake!
Lawrence was attentive throughout,but not intrusive and nothing was too much trouble.
Easy to walk or catch a bus to the centre of Lytham.
Would definitely stay again !

the room was huge with high ceilings and very clean considering it was an older property.
Lawrence's hospitality was phenomenal. anything we needed, he catered to. he was so personable and friendly. the breakfast and the full english was gorgeous. thank you lawrence-

A beautiful period property overlooking picturesque Fairhaven Lake. Exceptional customer service given by the owner, Lawrence who cooked the best breakfast ever! I will definitely be booking The White House again.

Room was cold bed small and very uncomfortable, didn’t sleep well.

The room was lovely overlooking Fairhaven with great access to the seafront. Lawrence and his Mum were the perfect hosts, friendly, hospitable and couldn't do enough to ensure my stay was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to return. The breakfast was also superb, freshly cooked and I couldn't have done it better myself :) Me and my dogs had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at The white house. Lawrence and his mum went above and beyond. They made our stay that little bit more exceptional. The continetal breakfast we had was lovely. All in all a huge 10 out of 10 :)

Very friendly host. Beautiful house with lots of character. Comfortable, warm room with an excellent tea tray and sea view. Delicious variety continental breakfast that included croissants, toast, spreads, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cerial, and juice.

I had a little accident, Lawrence couldn’t have been more attentive, he was wonderful.

Dog friendly, excellent plentiful cooked breakfast.
Location, between Lytham and Lytham St Annes, with Fair Haven lake directly across the road. This gave good dog walking opportunities! A comfortable, clean room, particularly liked the full range of TV channels including premium streaming channels.

Beautiful property in an excellent location, a lovely walk along the promenade into Lytham. Lawrence was extremely accommodating, especially as we cut our trip short.

Lawrence was a superb host. I would recommend anyone to stay their. However, the double bed mattress needs to be changed..
Needs to have shelves in the bathroom to put items you need.

The White House was located on a quiet street with a good coastal view and easy parking. My host was very friendly and the room was comfortable with a soft bed. My cooked breakfast was excellent with plenty of toast, cereals and yoghurts available.
I have no quibbles with The White House.
