What a wonderful week at Parks Place. MyFamily And I thoroughly enjoyed our time atParks Place and of course, Carillon. Lots of places to hang out and enjoy the home, relax and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is divine and allOf the bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed and make you feelright at home. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Parks Place! The home is absolutely beautiful and suited our needs well. With multiple levels and terraces, our family could spread out and enjoy time alone or come together in the grand living area and eat and enjoy time together. It also had an elevator for easy access to upper levels. Karen and Rachel, in the management company, could not have been nicer. Overall, an excellent week in beautiful Carillon village and beach!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The home is exquisite and beautiful. Conveniently located near a beach access and pool as well as the downtown carillon market area. We have rented and stayed in Carillon twice a year on average for over ten years and this was hands down the best experience and best house to date. The only issue we had which is not even an actual issue but something to note is that there is no iron and ironing board in the home. Thankfully we had brought our steamer with us from home. Other than that small detail we have zero complaints!

Amazing home in amazing location. Step to the beach - less then 5 minute walk- with lake behind home available for fishing. Beautiful home and well appointed. Rental staff very knowledgeable and friendly with instant communication when needed. Will definitely return !

Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay at Parks Place. Will be back next year for sure. A few notes on why it's a 5-star for us.We have stayed in many homes in the Carillon neighborhood. This home is by far the nicest in terms of finishes, furniture and appliances. Truly over the top.Outstanding prop management. They live next door and are very friendly and super attentive/responsive if needed. Great views of the lake.The bunk room upstairs was a little tight for my teenagers. Perfect for little kids tho.It's a little thing, but getting to use the garage was so nice. Made for lots of space in the driveway and getting in a cool FL car is a unique experience for a tourist like me.Thanks again

The house was even nicer than the pictures and great location. Even though we rented a golf cart, everything was in easy walking distance. Kitchen had every utensil needed including a large pot for our shrimp boil. Property Manager was very responsive to the only glitch, which was just a patio door that wouldn't lock. We look forward to staying here again and not deal with the over crowding of Watercolor/Seaside!

We had the best stay at Paris Place! It was the cleanest & most well-stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. We felt right at home and wished we could stay forever! It was the most beautiful home right on the lake and very convenient to all the wonderful amenities Carillon has to offer. Karen was the best property manager and very attentive to us! We can’t wait to come back to Parks Place and would definitely recommend!
