Easily accessible from airport, hospitable staff and well maintained rooms

I was charged for the room even though I informed them that I missed the connection to Kochi from Delhi

Room was good with nice facility. Stayed just night. Restaurant is their drawback due to price. Very less options and taste is not that great for the price. Generally i won’t mind price but here i felt due to their option and taste. But it is not big deal since lot of near by restaurants available. It is very much convenient for airport.

Service at Presidency Hotel was not satisfactory. I booked the hotel by looking at the review comments and looks it is not true. 1. Paper plate was provided when plates were requested. 2. Window screen was not working and no response from front desk. 3. Used paste and empty toiletries were left in the wash room. Overall, I am not at all satisfied with the service for the price paid. This is really frustrating.

This is great hotel. The rooms were excellent and clean. Breakfast was tasty and staff were very lovely. Free airport transfers are a plus. Would stay again next time we’re in India.

Across a large road/highway from the airport. Very convenient. Free shuttle—5min ride to airport. Room was clean and nice-but nothing special decoration wise. A little on the small side but fine for transit—the only reason you might stay in this are is that it’s very convenient for airport. Otherwise there are more interesting places to stay in Cochin and you are quite far from sites. Safe and busy with foot traffic. On-site restaurant was good. Has a pool. Would definitely stay again if needed a convenient hotel to airport.

Easy for airport travel

No tv, no hot water. Extremely loud from outside noise and planes. Air conditioning blows right in bed. Tv was very very small and far from the bed tucked into corner and did not work. Towels gave me hives. I left the hotel and went to another. No room service as described.

Right opposite the International Terminal. Has a rooftop pool, but this could be better secured. Great value stay and restaurant with a free breakfast and drop off. Highly recommend for the airport.

The AC unit was not powered on in expectation of my arrival. The room was terribly hot for a good 30 minutes. I’ll let the folks here know that.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was lovely quiet and the staff were very accommodating. This is the perfect hotel stay before a morning flight and their shuttle is free. I highly recommend this place!

Real value for money. New hotel. Spotless clean. Great beds. Everything works. Very friendly. The closest airport hotel, within walking distance. However, they drove us to the terminal very early in the morning in their nice SUV for free. Restaurant could improve, and check in procedures are probably a little too bureaucratic. Rooftop pool works fine, and will probably become even more charming when they have developed the rest of their roof, which seems on the way.

Real value for money. A short walk outside from the airport, this brand new airport hotel offers wonderful clean room with very nice bed at a very competitive rate. Nice rooftop pool. Probably the English skills of staff is not equal to our level, and probably the hotel is so new that they haven’t invented all their best skills yet, but their friendlyness more than compensates for any beginners’ difficulties. We may come back.

The hotel is brand new and, as a result, very clean. The rooms are fairly basic, but pleasant enough, and our suite was large. I did think it strange that our suite, despite having a large seating area, only had a television in the bedroom, making the seating area fairly useless. The blinds in the bedroom were also not good; which, compounded by the fact that there is a large, bright, screen outside the hotel, significantly disrupted my sleep. For an airport hotel, this is a crucial failing. However, all that wouldn't justify a one star review. What does justify it is the shocking behaviour of the hotel manager. We ordered food to our room. After about an hour, my wife rang to ask when the food might be coming. We were not angry about the delay, and she was perfectly calm on the phone. The phone was answered by the manager who, inexplicably, was extremely rude to my wife and even shouted at her, claiming that they had knocked on our door three times and called the room three times. I am quite sure this wasn't true. My wife and I were both in the room the entire time and the room had three phones! We would obviously have heard them. When the manager did bring the food, he maintained the same aggressive tone and repeated the same excuses. No apology was ever offered. Even if the manager's accusations were true, I would consider his behavior completely unacceptable. As it is, I consider them reprehensible.

hotel is located in a very convenient place and very clean. room service and food is great but unfortunately cant satisfy with the reception staff. there are very irresponsible and lazy. I sent e mails before book the hotel but no response for those. I left an luggage and after come back again they brought someone else luggage. No luggage tags. my flight is next day early morning and I paid my bill day before that but even next day morning they say printer is not working. that person said trust me ser I will send by E mail. some home I had to teach him how to do that and got my bill on that day.
