Really nice efficiency condo. Super-comfortable beds. Nicely updated space. Fast internet. Great location. Amazing beach access. 100% will stay here again.

Quick get-away for 60+ female me in need of quality location, safety, and reasonable price. This unit was all of that! Literally a step out the door to the walkway over dunes to beach. 2-night stay was excellent.

The kitchen had everything we needed. The room was well-maintained and clean. The location was excellent.

The boardwalk to the beach is a few steps out the back door and the pool is a little further out the front door.

This property is small in size since it's an efficiency condo BUT it is huge in location, across the parking lot from pool, BBQ area & tennis courts. The beach access walkway is also right out the back door. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely come back again. The only negative comment I have is that cookware such as frying pan should be replaced & AC unit doesn't get quite cold enough but it was 109 with heat index. Paul, the property manager, was also wonderful & quick to respond when we needed to figure out how to hookup TV & WIFI.

Who knew Texas had beautiful island beach town, not this Illinoisan. We had a blast, every time we met someone, the boys would say "everyone is so nice here!" The condo we stayed was perfect, clean and quick walk to the beach. Once the boys were done with the sand the pool was a nice break. I highly recommend this property, the owners were fast to response and made everything easy. We can't wait to visit again!

This was our second stay at this property. It's location to the beach is amazing and the place has all of the necessities to have a great time!

I enjoyed this property 1st floor right in front of the boardwalk. For those that like to drive on the beach, it’s mile marker 11. The property was clean and cozy. Really liked the keypad. The check in process was easy. Very helpful people after the office was closed. Very friendly atmosphere. Thank you!

This place was super clean, easy beach access, and a great place for family. We had an amazing 4th of July!

The property was the best I have stayed at so far in Port A. It is very quiet which is imporant to me. Like any rental there were a few things that could have been fixed but were not show stoppers. Good relaxing stay, and would do it again tomorrow.

Everything was great except for an odor from the sink and dishwasher.

The location is excellent! Just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and had everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. I look forward to going back.

Could use more things in the kitchen and the bed covers smelled musty but, overall it was cute and you couldn't beat the location.

This condo is in a great location directly across the boardwalk to the beach and the pool in front. We were able to take a quick five minute walk to the Sandfest and miss all of the traffic. The condo size was like a standard hotel room which was fine for 2 people. The outside of the condo complex is a little run down but the inside was updated. The vibe was very laid back and quiet.

Beautiful condo within sight and earshot of the beach. Condo was equipped exactly the way it was described. Very clean and well apportioned with towels, etc. The patio faced the beach, and we enjoyed drinking coffee while watching the sun rise. The property manager comminated with us twice before we actual checked in.

Rented a few years ago and had the most memorable time of our lives, so we decided to rent again, this time bringing along our kids for spring break vacation. Unfortunately a cold front hit during our stay which limited the amount of time we could stay at the beach but kids still had fun at the nearby pool/eateries. Corpus was also a short drive away which allowed us to see the local aquariums/museums, and experience some indoor fun away from the weather. Room was clean and well stocked, with plenty of space to sleep with two beds. Bathrooms had enough towels for several trips to the beach. I recommend carrying $10 worth of quarters to use the nearby washer/dryer machines (as they don't take credit cards) and wash any towels/clothes as needed. Will probably try to avoid spring break season next time as parking was somewhat difficult around town and will also keep a better eye on the weather for our next stay. But altogether we still had fun and will visit again in the future.

This is a prime spot. Everything you need is within a short walking distance. From beach, bbq grill, pool, laundry, trash and to your car. Paul was extremely responsive within minutes and I only needed to reach out one time for questions. Condo was clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Plenty of room for 4 people. We will definitely stay again. Thank You! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worked exactly as advertised, clean from the moment you walk in. Everything was great except dishwasher soap and coffee creamer were missing.

Quiet unit. Easy access to beach. No complaints.

Location and condo were great. The only thing was shower grout could use some cleaning.
