The apartment itself is ok. It was nice to have a place to park. There is access to a garage. I was up until 2am because there was some sort of party going on all night. People talking, music playing, tv was blaring. People out on the porch. At one point there were people arguing. It was unbelievable! And it was on a Wednesday. The bed in the back bedroom is small. Maybe a double/full? The other bedroom has a queen. The bathrooms were decent and the actual living area/kitchen and TV were nice. I wouldn’t stay again because of the noise. I wouldn’t risk that again!

We came in for the Cubs game but ended up enjoying the Finley Market more! We were pleasantly surprised to walk upon this area and spent a lot of time there. Great place to stay with friends.

We had high hopes for this stay, but were disappointed in the inaccuracy of the listing. It states that there are 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, and a twin Murphy bed. That would have been perfect since there were 4 of us staying there. The problem is that, in reality, there are 2 full size beds, a regular sofa, and no Murphy bed. There was an air mattress, which we ended up having to use. I did call the owner upon arrival because of an issue with getting in. He answered and was very friendly and helpful. The problem is that he didn't answer any messages (through the app and direct) the rest of our stay. One other issue we had was that there were only 3 towel sets for 4 guests (4 were on the reservation). There were also not enough linens for all of us. The living area and kitchen were nice, as were the bathrooms. There is no soundproofing between this unit and the one below, so don't be surprised to hear everything that is going on (there was a group up until ~4 am). I don't like giving low/negative reviews, but feel like I have to so that others don't have the same issue as my group did. I think that if these details can be resolved by the owner, this can be a nice place to stay.

We really loved the apartment while in town for an event and was much better to have the space of an entire apartment as opposed to a hotel room, for the price. There were all amenities; coffee makers, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, dishwasher, towels, even a washer and dryer in the unit. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. The only complaint I had was the master bedroom faced the front of the building and I was woken up at 5:30 by crews outside doing work. I had planned on sleeping in after an event the night before.

We really enjoyed our time, but didn’t feel like it was very clean, especially since there was hair and a wet bathroom towel on the bathroom floor. There was good communication, but overall it was not a go for us.

The apartment is situated in a great location. You can easily get to several key points in the city fairly quickly from here. It is also conveniently close to the Connector line (tram). The apartment itself is deceivingly large. It has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, along with two bathrooms. The apartment also has a secure garage parking spot. This is great spot if you plan to do activities or watch a game around downtown.
