The bed was comfortable and it was close to the beach.

I stayed twice, l got given a dirty towel the first time l stayed and had to pay extra for a room with a fridge ,the first afternoon there was absolutely no hot water ,so l showered in the morning and the hot water ran out and so did the water ,this room was upstairs. There was also no ceiling fan .no jugs in rooms. Plans changed so l needed to go back again,second chance ,the room was clean and had a ceiling fan that’s bearings had gone in ,very noisy,the younger man at reception arranged me a taxi to the airport at fixed price when they came he went over and they looked in disagreement and he came back putting something in his pocket ,this driver then went after me for more than the agreed price once l was in the car ,l believe the lounge man made the driver tip him for getting him business,. Shower areas could of been cleaner

Location was great with close proximity to the Night Market & a few minutes only to the beach.

Die Preis-Leistung ist super, in Laufweite gibt es Restaurants und Shops und man ist in der Nähe des Hafen Sanur, ein super Ausgangspunkt für Inselhopping.

Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich einfach, aber nicht schlecht. Gestört hat mich, dass das Bett nicht einen „frisch bezogen“ eindruckt gemacht hat, aber das kann mich auch getäuscht haben.

Close to the beach

The property itself was dirty. Everything in it, the room and especially the bathroom was very dirty. The pool is missing some tiles. First we had to change rooms because in the first room we checked in was really hot the air conditioning was not working. The second room was bigger than the first one , but still bathroom was dirty, because we had to change room they told us that we don’t have breakfast because the room that we are staying in doesn’t include breakfast. Even though we book it with breakfast. But in the end we cancel the breakfast because they served it at 9am which was late. All our activities start either 7am or 8am.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable, the aircon was icy cold, and the location was perfect. The pool was clean but a bit small.

The rooms are a bit dated and there are signs of aging around the place like broken tiles, peeling paint.

Eigentlich schöne klassisch balinesische Anlage - aber etwas heruntergekommen.

Bei Ankunft gab es kaum Informationen zur Einrichtung, Personal nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war weit vorne, und ausgesetzt den Foyer- und Straßenlärm. Kein Trinkwasser im Zimmer. Von der Möglichkeit Wasser im öffentlichen Bereich zu bekommen erfuhr ich erst am nächsten morgen. Mein Anliegen das Zimmer zu tauschen wurde „leidenschaftslos“ aufgenommen.

A big room with quailty AC, hot water, small fridge, comfortable bed, lovely staff and in a great location

The staff were lovely and the location was walking distance from Sindhur beach.

The pool area needed some TLC, it was difficult to relax by the pool with garbage next to the daybeds.

Was not given the room I booked, was given a twin single with no view, no terrace, a mouldy bathroom, rusty fridge, and a room doused with airfreshners to cover it all up. I booked a beautiful double bed with large windows, garden views and breakfast like booking.com showed, upon arrival I was told that the room I got was the only one left so I had to take it being 11pm by this point. Very disappointed and disgusted, never had a problem with booking.com until now and the Mango hotel wanted to charge me the price for the beautiful room, even though I was given a very bad room instead!!!!

Le personnel, L’accueil tardif a minuit passée. Possibilité de gérer son scooter ou sa voiture devant. Le personnel est très serviable, nous avions une envie d’eau de coco ils sont aller nous la chercher chez les marchant du coin. Parfait vraiment

There is a pool

this is not a hotel but a homestay! There is no hair dryer in the bathroom, no shampoo, no tushbad and no drinking water every day! There is no water heater in the room either! the air conditioner does not work properly, the bathroom is so dirty that only slippers are allowed in the shower! The quality of the canteen at the bottom of the establishment is similar to the cleanliness of the room. In most cases, the food is not suitable for eating! so if I hadn't been alone, I certainly wouldn't have stayed at that accommodation, but would have gone to another one!

Last room I got was spacious and good size balcony

Had to change room a couple times.. first room had major damp and mould from air con. I’m asthmatic so would make me unwell. 2nd room didn’t have double bed & 3rd room was nice but no Wi-Fi connection in room just on the balcony.

Superb location with all facilities in walking distance that you need, supermarket, massage places, souvenir shops across the road, restaurants, food night market just 2min by foot. Highly recommend to go there, it's fantastic, we loved the food market! We just stayed for 1 night, so the location really did it for us, you don't need a scooter and still have plenty of things to do around. 10/10 for the location. All rooms have a table and 2 chairs outside to sit which is a plus. Nice hotel setup, Balinese home style with pool.

Room and bathroom unfortunately quite dirty and not well maintained. No electricity sockets near the beds, just one socket in the room where the TV was connected, socket almost ripped off the wall. Light switches dirty, shower handle fell off immediately when used for the first time and luckily didn't hit any foot. Dark furniture and outdated design, walls need a fresh cover of paint. We got a quite dark room no 11 which was ok for one night, but for longer stays not really recommended. We saw some nicer rooms when walking past, so maybe we were just unlucky here. However, due to setup and location, the hotel has great potential when managed in the right way, keeping rooms clean and maintenance up. However it looked quite run down in general. Could be a really great place, but needs to be properly taken care of to make it shine.

The staff were really helpful and and very friendly , the place is located in a perfect spot. Close to everything like beach, supermarket, restaurants and at the same time far from the noise . It was an amazing stay!! will recommend this property to our fellow friends!!

Fantastic!!!! We will stay again whenever in Sanur!!! good room with traditional touch!! it was a great experience and we felt like we stayed with Balinese family in their little cute house but it's actually a hotel! the staff was great and helpful and the restaurant also bring a good atmosphere!
