The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is run down and derelict looking. We went to the office twice during our stay to get ice on our way out but a sign was up to call for service as staff was cleaning. It wasn’t worth the bother to call and wait.

Pines was a great place to stay while working in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well kept. Would recommend!

Nice for a quick stay. Said it had a kitchen but it is not available in the summer. Room was okay, definitely needs updating. BUT… while we we were gone for the day they restocked the towels and coffee :) without being asked. It was very nice to have clean towels to come back to after hiking all day. The shower was absolutely amazing!!! Rainfall showerhead, I can’t remember the last time I took such a long shower!!! And they did email me during our stay to check if there was anything we needed. Very friendly. Would actually stay again.

I felt welcomed and comfortable. I appreciated the air conditioning and the ability to adjust the fan and temperature when it was too cool. I also appreciated the fridge with a little freezer to refreeze my freezer packs.

It's def high season in the area, normally these rent in the off season for 1/2, a bit of a gouge by ALL motels/hotels in these areas not just this one. It was business use and I suppose it now is the norm, not the exception. The guy at the front was awesome.

Quiet had a great night sleep,when i had a shower the curtain smelled and the curtain rod was broken .The curtain wouldn't slide properly.

Old and run down, but the room was clean. Walls thin, so in the early morning we couldn't sleep in due to the person in the room on top of us stomping around for over an hour.

Very unassuming but nice place to stay. The staff goes the extra mile to ensure a great stay. Great mattress, basic amenities.

Motel was in a good spot across from stores.

I think we were given the worst room, #101. As soon as we walked up to the room we were not impressed. Big trucks parked in front of the room, dirty old lawn chairs also by each door. The grounds had weeds alone the building. The room was dirty, bathroom had someones dirty clothes hanging behind the door. Walls were dirty, old dirty lampshades. I went back to the office and told him that we could not stay in this room and decided to just go home. Waiting to see if I'll get my money back. On Expedia the rating for this place is a 9.2, it is much closer to a 4....

This place was very clean and quiet I would definitely rent there again.

Pines Motel was super accommodating in helping us arrange a late check-in and making sure our room was ready and everything good to go. Will definitely be staying again and am super appreciative.
