spacious room great view from 25th floor approachable staff minimart below

not great location..looks like more of office buildings around... only one restaurant offering fine dining...expensive need to look for shops around location for dinner or lunch & not many around...mostly finger food, bakery need to buy sandwiches from minimary but cannot heat up bec ni microwave in the room...no room service TV ...bad - no channels except netflix or youtube ..only can use if you have an account housekeeping..need to book for the cleaning via their system between 12 midnight & 8am ...if not, no one will clean the room the housekeeping staff did nor do a proper cleaning...cups were not washed...room not really vacuum cleaned as previous day's strands of litter were still there ...if you need extra towels or water bottles...need to go to the reception to get yourself ( reception is on the 17th floor not the ground floor!) * when you open the front day to enter your room the first thing that greets you is the toilet bowl!... the bathroom/ toilet is right infront of the front door....not a very pleasant sight

18時ころ浴室の洗い場で洗っていたら、後ろ側でシャワーしようとした方のシャワーヘッドが取れて、私にも冷水がかかり私の前側で（反対側）、掃除（備品整えている）浴室清掃の方にもかかりました。 シャワーヘッドが取れてしまった方はすみませんと言ってましたが、その清掃員が冷て～と言って、鬼の形相のようにその人をにらみつけていました。 ちがうよな～と思います。こちらのせいではないのに。 もう少しゲストに気を使ってもいいと思います。（大丈夫ですか？とか、申し訳ございません。とか） 翌朝みたら直っていないみたいなので、若い清掃員の方に壊れていることを伝えておきました。 ちなみに昨日は高齢の清掃員でした。 その他に2か所シャワーヘッドが壊れていて故障中になっていました。同じくシャワーヘッドが取れているみたいでした。 それくらい直ぐに取り換えてもいいのではないでしょうか？

朝食は良かったですがシンプルな和食がもう少し有ると良かったです。

お風呂のお湯が少し暑かったです!後タオルをやはりスパに置いて欲しいです。

Staff was fantastic, most everything was clean!

There were many unruly tourist that just threw their towels all over the floor instead of putting it in there designated bin… really made the spa experience a step down due to how dirty it felt.

Top floor open air bath is excellent, Guinness record, highest infinity open air public bath. View of restaurant for breakfast is excellent too. We stay at twin bed with sofa bed, excellent view at sofa bed too.

No half boiled egg for breakfast, coffee machine breakdown.

櫃檯人員訓練很差接待動線亂七八糟 訂房時有預定早餐房型check in時櫃檯人員告知沒有反應秀出訂房訊息也沒用櫃檯人員溝通很差根本沒辦法理解客戶問題與需求 接待人員遇到問題只會跟你說沒辦法完全不理會客戶問題要花錢住這家還不如入住同品牌便宜3星就好只差裝潢其他都一樣爛死了

Spa im 31. Stock mit toller Aussicht. Sehr gute Lage und gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Staff sehr bemüht. Ausreichend Self Service Waschmaschinen. Schallisolierung Zimmer, sodass wir von den Nachbarzimmern nichts gehört haben. Gut geschlafen. Frühstück ebenfalls mit toller Aussicht.

Kaum Platz für Garderobe, kein Kleiderschrank. Sonst alles topp.
