We were pleasantly surprised by this little place. The photos don't really do it justice. It's cute, clean and perfectly appointed. Exceptional communication with owner/property manager. We will definitely stay here in the future.

This place for perfect for our week in Florida! Great location, great pool, on the bay and 5 minute walk to the beach! The condo was clean And bed very comfortable! Has everything you need to take to the beach! Will be back next year!

This condo was perfect for our trip. First time in SW Florida. The location was great, close to the beach and the trolly to the village. In a small complex which made parking very easy as well as coming and going. Host was very accessible and responded to questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, old Florida feel, 1 block from beach, walkable to town (long but doable if able to walk > 1 mile), shorter walk to south restaurants & bars. Best part was the common area at Sea Club ll. Beautiful lawn area with pool, BBQ grills, plenty of chairs, fishing pier overlooking Sarasota Bay!

overall we enjoyed the trip. the condo is as pictured and the owner was accurate in the description of the place. it was nice there was coffee and the previous guests had left some libations. it was a short stay. I'd recommend it to my friends or family. the beach was about a 5ish min walk. the pool looked clean adoption we didn't use it and there was a dock out back to fish or just enjoy the water on the intercoastal. overall felt safe and it was pretty quiet there. the cover on the bed was odd, i get why it's there but definitely made us a little sweaty while sleeping. honestly that's the only negative which means it's a good vrbo! thanks

This experience was worth every cent! The condo was in great condition and had everything I needed in the kitchen to make some hors' doeuvres for my nephew's birthday party. I loved that someone who likes to cook really stocked the kitchen with utensils and supplies as if I was in my own home. The bed was plenty comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the linens smelled fresh. Then there was the fabulous heated pool, and view of the bay. It doesn't get much better than this! To be across from the beach and have the Bay at your disposal is awesome. It's so awesome that I would even consider buying my own property at Sea Club II. The other guests were friendly and I really felt very comfortable here. You won't regret staying at this small, tranquil, little slice of paradise. I'm in the process of planning my next stay! I will definitely be back!

Despite the hurricane, we were able to use the VRBO for a wedding in Sarasota on October 1st.

Had a wonderful stay at this quaint spot. The place is exactly as described, had all that was needed. The pool area and dock by the bay is clean and inviting, the hammock between two palm trees the perfect place to relax. Close to the beach & within a mile of some great places to eat. I recommend this place for any relaxing vacation. Enjoy!

We really enjoyed the stay! Very clean and the owner was a pleasure to work with! Also enjoyed fishing on the river from the pier. We had a blast!

We love Siesta Key and the SeaClub 2. This is our second time at the property and will most likely be back again every year. The location is great and just a short walk to the private beach. The condo had everything you need and more. Donna really thought of everything. A beach cart, chairs, umbrella, blanket, towels, large and small coolers, and kids sand toys too. Everything you need to enjoy the beach was provided. The condo complex itself has a beautiful pool that we enjoyed every evening. There’s a nice tiki/ bar area by the pool along with built in charcoal grills. The place is just perfect and that’s why we came back. The only negative thing I can say is that the king size mattress has ran its lifespan and definitely needs replaced soon. Other then that, it was a perfect stay. Thank you Donna.

Had a wonderful stay. Walking distance to the beach. Clean condo. The condo grounds were upkept and clean. The lady that takes care of the pool does an AMAZING job and has it sparkling everyday. We will be returning.

The location was excellent! Easy access to the beach, restaurants, and other activities. The room has everything you need for a day at the beach’l! The host was very helpful in providing information and recommendations for an excellent trip! Look forward to visiting the area again VERY SOON!

This property is small, but the location is terrific. Donna is one of the best-organized landlords I've ever worked with. Her communications were immediate and very thorough; she leaves nothing to chance. She was such a pleasure to work with. The pool on the property was lovely; heated and a lovely view of the Intracoastal. Great that this bayside property has beach access.

All the amenities for my stay and the beach was covered! Ease of check in and communication with owner was so easy!

Had a wonderful experience. Place is small but cozy. Felt safe to run the area each morning. A little bit of a haul to the beach. Less than 1/2 mile though. Would definitely stay there again.
