Great location, 5 minutes from the beach. The area is generally busy with tourists, but very walkable with tons of restaurants and shops. Hotel is a little outdated, but is safe and has what you need. No cable TV (antenna channels) so don’t expect to watch your favorite shows. Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi could be better.

For the location, this place is a gem! Comfortable, clean, and the location is amazing. Parking is tough, but that’s just a South Beach issue. Highly recommend!

Room is a little dated. But you’re only in there to sleep tight? This is the perfect spot and right near Ocean Drive and the beach! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing..Great Location!

Adorable little hotel with a vintage vibe but totally renovated. Staff is amazing, room comfortable and with everything we needed, even beach chairs. Super well located. Even when SoBe was super busy with a horrible, loud and drunk crowd, we did not hear a sound during our sleeping hours.

Room was very clean and comfortable in a great location. Only thing that would’ve made it better was more check in hours. Our flight was delayed & didn’t arrive until 4am but we weren’t able to check in until 8am.

Location! Location! Location! It was so wonderful I have to say it 3 times. I love the South Beach vibe! Hotel staff were on point. The bed was very comfortable, only downside was the sheet was too short like it was a full size on a queen size bed. Only other downside was because of Covid the hotel doesn’t want tables and chairs on their porch as other hotels do have chairs and tables and don’t have a restaurant on site. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return to Viscay Hotel. 💚

Small, unsophisticated, Cozy, Attentive to details.

Great little hotel in the Art Deco district! Parking is a challenge, but the Viscay is a great short stay hotel. Breakfast is toast & muffins, coffee & juice.

Quick stay. Clean and incredibly well-located hotel in Miami Beach's core. Hotel older but well maintained and very clean. Staff now warm and fuzzy, but helpful. No opinion on breakfast as I didn't have time to check it out.

When I checked in, the man at the front desk immediately offered me a room upgrade, which I gladly accepted. He ran my credit card for the full amount of the room and gave me a receipt. But the room was hot and the a/c didn't work so he quickly changed my room. I was not upset because those things happen. The second room was fine and I was thinking that I'd like to come back with my wife in the future. But when I went to check out, the clerk (not the same as the night before) ran my credit card again for the same amount and asked me to sign the second slip as well. I asked for the first credit slip back since both were for the total amount. She refused. I explained that I'd never had to sign two slips for the total amount at any hotel before and I did not feel comfortable leaving both signed slips. I asked why and all I got was "accounting requires it." The owner was standing there and that is when things got ugly. He said that he heard I was angry when I arrived (NOT true) and I was "trashing" his hotel (no, just uncomfortable leaving two signed slips for the full amount) and it was fine with him if I never returned. I tried to explain and calm the situation but he would not have it. Too bad a nice stay was ruined at check out.

This is not a "full service" hotel; nevertheless, the room was clean, spacious and location is great. They should though mention that the front desk is not opened 24hours as I arrived late and the door was closed. All in all a great stay.

Cute boutique hotel but extremely clean and staff went above and beyond to help us. Really great location and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Miami

The hotel was at the right location, not to far from the action, just one block over from the beach. Clean except for sand on the floor, comfortable bed and no noise. Great price for the area. I would certainly stay here again.
