We enjoyed our stay! Great location and Condo had plenty of room. Kids loved the pool and the slide. State Park Marina is only a few minutes away to rent a boat. Only suggestion would be to get new pillows. The current ones are not very soft of comfortable. Other than that everything was great!

This was perfect for our family. It feels very new, almost like we were the first ones to stay there.
Everything we needed was there. We appreciated that the living room had plenty of seating and recliners.

The house was exactly as described. It was clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The patio was nice to sit outside at night. Would definitely come back again!

We are a host family for developmentally disabled adults. Along with two special ladies we shared a 3 bedroom vacation home that was quite new and fit our needs well! The gps didn’t work due the newness of the property. The rental agency was super helpful getting us to the home. The pools were nice! What a great place! Rent Branson was very helpful

We absolutely loved this property and how new, cute, clean, and accommodating it was. It was a super short walk to the new, well-maintained pool and pickle ball courts, which our kids loved and played daily. The property even had paddles and balls to us! The marina was also super close, which was nice.
However, I don’t think we will come back. On the second day of our time there, our water started smelling like sulfur. Yep, like rotten eggs. We had to shower in it, but we had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. The whole place smelled like rotten eggs when people were showering or washing dishes. We called and complained but were told there was nothing they could do about it. All the units had that same issue. They said that the health department tested the water the week before and it was safe. We were incredibly disappointed and it was very disgusting. We talked to several other families at the pool and everyone said their units had that same smell.

Fire Station 165 was a wonderful property to stay at - only suggestions would be to have a hardwood floor vacuum on site along with some coasters for drinks. :)
The main concerns come from the complex as a whole. The pool was remarkably cloudy and murky where you could not see your feet when standing in the most shallow part of the pool - we typically enjoy a night swim with our kids, but elected not to due to this.
The other main concern was the excessive amount of trash that piled up in the trash area that was visible while walking the complex - complete eyesore for those who rent with a direct line of sight. Once the trash was removed, there was still a lot of debris just laying a blowing around and the smell of trash in the heat was evident around the complex.
The properties on the complex are beautiful but a few maintenance and amenity changes could be made. Thanks.

Everything was perfect! The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. The house was exactly as described, and the neighborhood it’s in is wonderful, and very close to all the Branson attractions! Only thing I’d caution is that the pool with water slide is not heated so the water is ice cold until probably 3pm on a very sunny day.
