Really needs some cleaning done, walls were very dirty, cob webs and dusty. Downstairs had sand everywhere you walked. Location to the beach was nice however we didn’t realize that it was the main road in front of the house with lots of traffic.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rear door upstairs leading to the deck no longer shuts. The plate is loose and the screw sticks out so far you cannot latch the door. This is a huge safety and security issue and should be addressed ASAP.The carpet on the main stairs inside is no longer adhered to the steps and we had several falls and near falls as a result. This is a huge hazard and should be addressed immediately.The gas grill is also in very poor shape, it needs to be fixed or replaced.The laundry in the downstairs bathroom needs attention. Whenever we ran laundry, we could start to smell sewage. It was extremely unpleasant and even with the fan running it was difficult to use that bathroom when laundry was being done. We avoided doing laundry as a result which was quite an inconvenience.Upstairs, the bed in the green bedroom (if looking down the hallway, with bathroom on the right, the bedroom on the right) has a broken bed frame. When we arrived the bed was completely crooked. The bottom right leg was completely collapsed. We removed the wheels and left them under the bed so it would at least be on a flat slope rather than an angle. This needs to be replaced. We had a small child use this bed but would be a hazard for an adult.The shower in the upstairs master bathroom is in poor condition. The shower head needs replacing and water flow was weak at best. We ended up using other bathrooms for showers.Dishwasher worked but the start button is missing so it was tricky to get going each time.Overall, we felt the house was not as advertised. It is in far worse condition than the listing photos/video show.

Reviewer Comments: I rented this house for my family for a first time stay in Sandbridge. The location of this house is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The pool was fantastic - very nice addition from coming off the beach into the pool. They had a nice amount of chairs around the pool.However, the house is in need of many repairs. The kitchen table size was perfect, however, they put a old vinyl table cover on the table in very poor shape. It was dirty and gross. The upper level bedroom with the shower bathroom was despicable. The shower was the worst shower I have ever been in. Water pressure at zero, barely coming out of the shower head. Very old condition. Needs upgrade desperately. The third bedroom upper level bed was clearly tilted. It was incredible that they could think someone could sleep on this bed. The slope was clearly visable. The lower level bathrooms continue to have an odor of a sewage scent. The outdoor grill did not work at all. It was not because of propane. The grill was damaged. The house was not clean. Looking under couches discovered a large amount of dirt and toys from past renters. I am guessing that when the cleaners clean, they never move a couch to vacuum. Just overall rating of this property was a D. For the amount of money I paid for this week, I expected much more. Sadly disappointed.

Sadly the house was not really clean, spiders hanging on the porch railings, sand on floors and we took our shoes at the door right when we entered, I don’t think it was swept very good, I swept under couch to see if we missed anything when we were leaving and I can say it hasn’t been swept in possibly months or years. Washer didn’t work, I reported Monday morning, maintenance came Tuesday and on Friday late afternoon the appliances man came to put a belt in it. Not enough towels for 18 people, they must have counted beds because there were 15 towel sets. The slider door had a broken handle, the top floor bedroom en-suite had a leaking shower that never was fixed while we were there and all the people in the bedrooms surrounding that room could hear it all night, the shower handle in the basement was loose and shaky. The maintenance man who came on Tuesday did tighten all the things that could be fixed up but you shouldn’t have to mess around on your vacation getting repairs done. The start button on the dishwasher was missing so that was fun trying to start the dishwasher. Only one side of toaster worked and you had to hold the other side down to have toast. The pool leaked so it had to have water added to it which made it much cooler! The furnishing are very tired, the one remote control was corroded due to battery not being changed so no tv in that room. The positives were that it had a close beach access, plenty of room and the pool was enjoyable! I won’t rent again!

So dirty and needs updated . Washer and dryer didn’t work. I have been going to Sandbridge for 15 years and worst house we’ve stayed in.

The house on our arrival was not very clean. Dust on living room TV and stand. Floors were dusty. Bathroom exhaust fans very dusty. Shower in top floor master constantly dripping. Outdoor grill rusting through. Pool was awesome and linen service made the trip easy. Although we all had a good time I would have liked the home to be cleaner

Location was great! The bedrooms were not set up according to pics. We made do! The house has a lot to be desired for the price. Our family had a great week but next time I would better research before booking.

There was ample room for a multi-generational family of seven, ranging from infant to seniors. There's even room for a remote work location! The walk to the beach really is just 2 minutes. There were lots of produce stands nearby, which we took advantage of. Hunt club Farm was a marvelous petting zoo for young children, and even us adults. We also made use of Little Island Park and Red Mills Farm Park playground as well. Caught some beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and moon rises over the ocean.
