Came in the evening, just to sleep there, but we left as soon as we woke up. We felt very unsafe, room was dirty, would never stayed there again. Terrible experience. Also staff wasn’t helpful at all

Lots of shady people wandering around the parking lot. One guy was watching us intently riding his bicycle looking in cars in the parking lot. We did not stay the night. We felt safer in the Walmart parking lot all night! Do not recommend! And area around the motel has lots of shady character’s wandering around as well.

The property is older but kept and clean.

Would strongly advise not staying there not a good part of town very dirty not clean. The guy who runs it. Took forever to get to the front desk probably about 30 minutes ringing the bell I get it’s a motel, but it could’ve been a lot better.

It was a very nice motel. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities you need. Cable was great. I would stay there again

The guy who welcomed us in was great, there was an issue with the water when we were there, they were there within two seconds to get it fixed. It’s a very inexpensive hotel but it’s clean and it’s safe that we were kind of had a weird smell to it, the carpet definitely need to be replaced. But overall, it is cute and it has a lot of potential. It has like a little grass barbecue area outside, which we really liked. And it’s very essentially located.

My door had been kicked in so the deadbolt was broken. Cheap wooden door that you could see light through. The screens were coming off the windows, couldn't safely lock them. Microwave was dirty, fridge was warm, stains on the sheets and the carpet was wet. It was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. The clerk said it was “the best room???” Inflated rates to screw the tourists. But somebody was growing a nice garden in the courtyard…

The first room they assigned us had ants in the bathroom and tHE AC didn’t work. They moved us. The curtains looked filthy but we stayed anyway because we were so tired. Left AS SOON AS WE WOKE UP!

The room was cute but the hot water only lasted about 8 minutes before it went cold

This motel was quaint, very clean and had great employees. It is very dated in its room atmosphere, but we enjoyed our stay here.

Liked the fact you could park car close to room for offloading bags. Shower was great and powerful. Unfortunately the room smelled of smoke, would ask for a non smoking room if this was possible.

It was too near to downtown I enjoy it

Power went out and there was a fire truck by the entrance but the office was locked so could not find out why the air conditioner berley worked

Decent stay for a night or two but not great amenities and the room was not very clean

Tried 3 rooms. First room, broken tv. Second room bed was slept and dirty towels on floor. Air was still moist from recent shower. Third room was sad but acceptable at that point of exhausted hopes time. Cheyenne almost booked solid because of Frontier Days. What do you expect for $72 bucks? More than what was received.

When we requested more pillows and towels, they told us it was a "maybe" on pillows but that they could get us another towel. When no clean towels were available, we were led to a room that they said someone had just checked out of, looked around to see what they could guess hadn't been used, and gave us a maybe clean maybe dirty towel and pillow directly from the room. A bit appalled at the situation... we found another place to stay.

We stayed 1 night at the Sands on a weekday. It was clean, felt safe, and the bed was comfy. The night clerk was friendly. We walked downtown from the hotel. The property is older but was kept clean and the parking areas were clean. I like that you can park right by your door. The only downside was our room did not have A/C, it was hot and there was no fan. We got back late so didn't take notice of the room temp and were tired so just went to bed. I would stay again just not in the Summertime without A/C.

Made reservations on line showed up at 11 pm door said closed, rang door bell for 5 min,called 3 times with no answer. Had to go down the road and stay

Nice place, polite staff, comfortable accommodations.

The staff was great. The room was very dirty, comforter had burn holes, the bathroom looked to be covered in rust, and the curtains had mystery stains that couldn’t be identified.

This is the DIRTIEST hotel I’ve ever stayed. Tge room smells so bad. The carpet is dirty. The bathroom is dirty and tub is also dirty. The whole rooms STINKS. I was nauseated and almost vomited when I entered the room. I couldn’t sleep because of the smell. The bedsheets and the pillows were also dirty. It has hairs on it, luckily I brought some blankets and pillows that i used that night. This hotel ought to be shut down by public health

Older motel that is not well maintained. First room had no deadbolt or chain and leaky shower. Second room had slippery tub. Neither room had thermostat for temp control. Beds were uncomfortable. Price is great but I would never stay there again. Not recommended unless you are desperate.

This motel was just wonderful. The area around was perfect for a quick bite, some casino time and some leisure walking around. Check was super easy check even more. The room was cute with an old world western vibe

Very nice work staff.

Had to book this property because our reservation at the hotel in Denver was cancelled by the property. The front desk guy was very nice. Got a room in the back corner. Property very old. Room had no heat. It was 20° outside and about 40° inside. He gave us a space heater. Worked about 5 minutes. It was late and i wasnt gonna keep running to the office for space heaters. Was supposed to stay 2 nights. Left rarly the next morning. Didnt go back

It’s an older place. It needs to be updated and some TLC. Good, friendly manager. I got a good nights sleep and it was quiet and comfortable. Thank you.
