Great view, comfortable beds, close to downtown, we had 4 staying in the room and had to request extra towels a couple of times. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Very nice property within walking distance to town. Super screened in balcony right on the lake. 2 pools and a hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay at Put in Bay but your hotel could use a few upgrades. The room was clean and comfortable but would be nicer with some renovations. The pools and hot tub were nice, but your outside area could use a fire pit. Selling coffee in the lobby was very disappointing. Your staff was fine, especially that blond woman at the desk. She was very friendly and helpful. I would probably chose a different hotel on my next visit. Sorry

Location is awesome!

Service was good, the A/C wasn’t great and there was no microwave or fridge so some food went bad, check in was at 4pm which is way later then any other hotel we have ever stayed at. Everyone was nice and the bartender at the pool bar was incredible.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Located near a ton of nightlife and food.

Okay place to stay. Not bad but could have been better for the price I paid.

Liked that it overlooks the lake. Close the the main street. Staff at check in could not find my reservation, took for ever to find it. Wat too slow.. Tiki bat too expensive. The golf cart that we rented from Bayshore was filthy with food left in from the prior renter.

Would stay here again.

Quiet, nice patio, pool bar and location

Booked two rooms Neither room had towels or toilet paper. My room smelled of smoke (cigarette) and informed them immediately when they brought towels and had them smell it. Neither of us were smokers. Both rooms had ash trays on our very filthy patios. The tv wouldn’t work and they came up to check it and said , it don’t work, sorry! Hallways were 85 degrees and the air conditioner in the hall was unplugged and couldn’t be plugged in and front desk said that plug doesn’t work. Very disappointed in both rooms especially for what we paid for them

The front desk staff are super nice and helpful. I ask the cleaning lady to clean our room and empty the trash…she dropped towels off. Our trashcans were overflowing and they did not empty the trash. Would not make bed. The elevator carpet looked like someone may have vomited on it a time or two. It definitely needs some TLC.

Best place to stay on the island. Great friendly staff. Pool and outdoor bar overlooks the lake.

First hotel I've stayed at that doesn't give you in room coffee. There's a little coffee place downstairs that the charge you for the coffee but it's not staffed, so you have to wait. Thankfully I took my own pillow cause the ones there stink!

Price worth the view? Bathroom had black mold - in shower and outside shower. Had to wear shoes in the shower. Asked for bleach and they gave me carpet cleaner. Balcony was nice. Pool was big, hot tub was cold.

Staff were helpful & friendly. Bathroom shower had mold in several spots, balcony had a wonderful view, but had a lot of dead bugs. The rest of the room was clean and nice.

Amazing views; great pools on a quaint island. No coffee in the room and minimal amenities overall really limits the summer island experience

For what i paid for 2 nights, not satisfied with hotel. The only redeemable quality was that it was on the lake and close to down town. The hotel has not been updated. Our room had a musty smell. Furniture looked very gross. No fridge in the room.

Property is fine. Room could be cleaner. Room is damp. TV didn't work. Clock didn't work. Phone didn't work. Bartender was rude.

Great welcoming staff. Room was specious and overlooking water/sunrise. Great coffee and all staff very pleasant.

My friends and I LOVED it here. It was close enough to everything yet still far enough away to be quiet at night. It had everything we needed if we wanted to just stay there, but it's close enough to walk to anything else you want, even if you don't have a golf cart. Everyone was SUPER friendly and helpful. I don't have a single complaint and can't wait to go back.

The lake view from our room was amazing. The hotel location is great, short walk to downtown. Pools are great and the Tiki bar is fun.But there are things that good hotels do for their customers that Bayshore doesn't seem to care about, just little amenities. Number one the rooms just lack comforts. no coffee in the rooms.(you can buy it in the lobby at certain times) no microwave, refrigerator, iron or ironing board. Most hotels today offer breakfast, Not this one, there's not even a snack machine. As far as cleanliness there was black mold in the shower and I originally thought the grout in the bathroom was black until I saw the tile under the sink where it's off white. Overall I enjoyed the island but I think if we ever go back we would pick a diffrerent hotel.

Well when they call it a resort and you pay $445 per night, don’t know about you but I expect a very nice room, NOT one that needs the tile in the bathroom replaced, no refrigerator or microwave, no spa, none of the amenities you would expect when paying that kind of money. View was beautiful!

Beautiful hotel. All rooms with a balcony overlooking lake Erie. Wonderful place to stay and conveniently located just outside of the busy town. We have stayed here a couple times, and will stay here again.

It is a great place to stay. It's a great location and the view is amazing. I hope the hotel decided to remodel sometime soon. They do not have refrigerators, microwaves, or coffee pots in the room. The TV is also extremely small. We flipped on the TV in the morning as we were getting ready and it was hard to see from the bed. We did enjoy the view and the balcony.
