We arrived late and they accommodated us without an issue. The next morning my wife called a I have mobility issues and we were on the second floor. They promptly moved us to the first floor and offered repeatedly to assist us in transferring from the second floor to the first. We were amazed! Thank you for demonstrating that great customer service still exist. Thanks

We had the best stay here. Not only is the villa beautifully done and landscaped, it is right across the street from all dining/bars and the beach. The pictures honestly do not do it justice. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. If you were looking for a place to stay in Lauderdale by the sea, I can’t imagine you would find one better than this. Would absolutely stay again.

This place was great! The set up was perfect. The staff very friendly and accommodating.

The property is conveniently located to a nice beach, restaurants and bars and is quaint. Noticed the bathroom was still dirty after house keeping had cleaned. Sometimes there is someone in the office to check you in, sometimes there is not.

Seaside Villas is the perfect place for family or couple holidays. We spent 3 night with our kids and it was definitly a fantastic experience. The place is very nice, the suites are awesome, very well equiped with quality fournitures and appliances. The beds are confortables, even the sofa bed was perfect for our kids. The service and staff is also very good and friendly. We have enjoyed the pool, where the kids had a lot of fun. The beach is just a few steps from the villas and you will find a lot of restaurants right in the corner. Finally, you will enjoy free parking just in front of the villas. We would highly recommend this hotel and will come back as soon as we can :)

I can't say enough good things about the staff! EVERYONE we interacted with was extremely friendly and accommodating to any need we had. Our room was very clean and comfortable, pool was great, balcony was fantastic!

Seaside Villas was a beautiful home away from home. It is conveniently located in the heart of Lauderdale by the Sea, just off of the main street. Given its location, it was still quiet and peaceful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The pool and courtyard provided an idyllic oasis to kick back and soak in the sun. Definitely recommend it and we hope to return soon.

We loved this place. My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and it was fantastic. The place was easy to get to, very clean and sufficient for all of our needs. The staff was amazing and responsive even when conacted late at night. We would dfeinitly stay here again.

Seaside Villas did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived until we left the staff was amazing. Anything we needed they either had or knew where we could get it. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Oh, did mention how clean EVERYTHING was?, the room, pool, courtyard. The staff had beach towels and beach chairs for us to use. Location couldn’t have been better, across the street from the beach and less than a block from all the restaurants and shops in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. I will definitely return

We loved our stay at Seaside Villas. To start, the properties are fresh off a complete renovation and everything was new. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location is unbeatable... just a few hundred feet to the main drag of Lauderdale by the Sea, and another 100 feet to the beach! Convenient free parking in front, a nice little pool to relax in. The restaurant and shop choices withing walking distance are excellent and can cover all your needs. This was the most relaxing and calming vacation we've been on in a long time.

Such a quaint hotel. We really enjoyed everything about it!! Everyone was so pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean and it was walking distance to all the nearby restaurants! Already booked it again for May.

The property couldn’t have been nicer. The room was great the location was perfect. Very close to bars and restaurants. All walkable like 1to2 minutes. Same with the beach maybe a two minute walk. The place had several little courtyards perfect for morning coffee and there were two 2nd floor decks for a higher perspective. Absolutely no negatives from my stay.

It was a very nice place to stay.

The staff was friendly. The bed was very very comfortable. The washroom was well updated, and the power of the stream of water coming out of the showerhead was impressive. The pool, although it was small, was clean and well-kept, and had enough lounging chairs around it for everybody that was staying there. It was close to all of the restaurants in Lauderdale by the Sea yet you couldn’t hear any of the noise that was coming from the restaurants.
