Beautiful hotel with great staff and amenities! 10/10 would stay again!

The hotel was beautiful, quiet and convenient for our stay. We will definitely consider and hopefully book here next time we’re in the area!

Bed was comfortable, though the pillows could have been better. The room was very spacious, and the temperature and sound control was great. We loved the streaming option on the tv, and the bathroom was top notch!

There's places nearby to walk to and a restaurant in the lower level.

Hotel Nickel Plate was absolutely an experience it was really really nice super comfortable we have got the corner room with the soap tub and I highly recommend that to any couple but my only complaint is the restaurant and bar closes at 10 or 11:00 and that's way too frigging early!!!

The Hotel Nickel Plate was a fantastic new hotel. It is beautifully done on the interior and fresh and clean. The help was very friendly and the waitstaff was wonderful.

Very clean and close to concert venue

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The rooms were great, the bed was fantastic, and the location was convenient for our quick trip up to Ruoff for a concert. The only minor negatives were the live TV app on the TV buffered a lot, and there were very few options for late night food in the area after a concert.

Brand new hotel. Probably one of the coolest hotels that I’ve ever stayed in the hotel is based off of a railroad theme, and every last detail has been attended to super cool concept.

I love this hotel and have already stayed twice. It’s beautiful, clean and the staff are all amazing. My ONLY criticism is that the scent machine is so strong and I don’t have any aversion to scents at all. We thought about eating breakfast but the intense cologne scent was so strong in the lobby/dining areas it kind of killed our appetite. Other than that small issue everything else is amazing and I’ve already booked another stay.

This preppy was a breath of fresh air! Clean, modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and pillows, room temp adjustable and worked great, water bottle filling stations on each floor, easy safe parking, great food, and about the friendliest staff I have met in a long time. We stayed a full week and it was too notch.

I like the hotel’s location right next to the Nickel Plate Trail and walkable proximity to several restaurants and shops. I’d definitely stay again.

The property, rooms etc were immaculate and comfortable. Every single member of the staff we came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. It seemed like a more upscale hotel but priced reasonably, including the restaurant. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Great place to stay but very pricey. Staff was excellent!! Super friendly & helpful. Room wasn’t the biggest & no microwave & no closet for hanging up clothes.

We were in town for the Dave Matthews concert, The girl that checked me in was very friendly along with the rest of the staff. The room was nice and clean, The bed was comfortable! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
