Large apartment, Clean

The apartment is VERY hot in the summer we arrived in 30dg heat with no aircon and no fans so we opened the windows. It is on a very busy dual carriage way road which is very noisy. We stayed 4 nights and on 2 of the nights other apartments had parties until 3am. We had no sleep with the heat and the noise from the road and the next door parties. We did complain and we were brought a fan on the last night and they did tell the other people to be quiet but we should not have had to complain to get this basic service. As a business traveler that stays in apartments and hotels every month I can honestly say that I would not stay here again. The apartment was actually OK, quite large and clean but that was not a consideration when you take the other issues into consideration.

It's a brand new building so the apartments are very clean, and well equiped. Secure location with free off-road parking. There are lots of shops/supermarkets close by. Pictures online are true representation.

The ground floor bathroom windows are not frosted glass so I'm sure people outside could clearly see in unless you have the blind down. The furniture is covered with a suede like material, so you get hot when you sit on it for a while (particularly on warm days!) (Again a ground floor issue) the windows are very large, and do not "lock open" so I wouldn't advise leaving them open at night. No aircon, for a new building I think they missed a trick!

I absolutely love this place. We have stayed in hotels before and had to all stay in separate rooms far from each other. As we were a group of 4 being able to say in the same apartment was great and the facilities we better than we expected had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and I know we will defo be back the next time we are in Birmingham

Very difficult - once found - no where to park - couldn't get a signal to contact anyone - ended up having to leave and pay to stay somewhere else
