First time in colonial, trip was awesome! House was nice and comfortable, and pool was fantastic! Cindy was a lot of help, can’t wait to come back!

We rented this place for the pool. We didn’t expect it to be modern and updated, but it does need new couches, linens and towels. The pool made it worthwhile, but the outdoor furniture also needs to be updated. The pool had plenty of pool inflatables and it was a lot of fun.

Location and pool were awesome. Furniture in every room needs to be upgraded and modernized, from beds that we were not able to use because the boards kept falling through the frame to the kitchen chairs that kept coming apart to the sofa that was like sitting on broken bricks with a wooden bar in your back. I probably would not rent this house again unless furniture was changed and upgraded which is something we like to do if we find a nice place, with the rent you are charging you could afford to change the furniture to something nicer, the house is great...furniture all sucks

Wonderful house but no door for the kids room was not ideal. And the 1 front bedroom needs a new mattress bad. They did bring a mattress topper when we complained that helped. That was very nice. The pool was awesome!
