If by chance I spoke to a helpful member of staff they were helpful. others disconnecting, didn't call back and just generally were not helpful. they were not informed for foreign guests about helping taxi drivers to find locations, so I ended up paying extra taxi fare whilst the drivers followed their incorrect instructions. One of the cleaning ladies was really helpful, my phone battery died, I was in apartment 39, she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help. thank you to her.

I have mobility issues so I can't climb steps, the steps up to the bed caused me to fall and have an accident. There was no air conditioning and the tower fan was not strong enough and could not cool the whole apartment. At night the window could open only slightly but didn't cool the apartment either, I couldn't leave the glass door open due to safety reasons. I was also sold a terrace apartment but the apartment was on ground floor and there was no terrace/balcony. There was no toothpaste . I arrived later and expected at least a couple of bottles of water for the coffee, but there was no water ( I was told tap water is safe - I drunk it and had upset stomach for 24 hours). the shops were not close by so it wasn't easy to get anything I needed. the bath towels were very small and there was not bathrobe. the ironing board was a mini ironing board and I could not Iron by dresses easily. the wardrobe could not accommodate my dresses it is only designed for shirts or short clothing. there was only 1 bin in the apartment. For the price I and a colleague paid, we expected at least to have the above items.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Supermarkt, Strand und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung in einem Wohngebiet ist ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt gut ausgestattet.

Im Badezimmer fehlte eine Ablagemöglichkeit, im Wohnzimmer wäre eine separate Lampe schön um nicht die ganze Wohnung beleuchten zu müssen.

It’s nicely located in a clean quiet neighborhood, 10 min bike ride to Nyhavn, the amenities in the rooms are new, abundant, and upscale/expensive feeling. In general the place is pretty well kept. The team responds super fast throughout any time of the day, I’m talking 3/4am and is super responsive to demands.

The basement is going through work, half of the washer/dryers are broken, not just not working broken, but legit they are on the ground in pieces. The basement is a wandering path of rooms, which could be a bit scary at night
