The room was very hot. The air conditioning doesn’t work and the vent is very noisy.

This hotel is just appearance, too much uniforms and poor quality. The first thing, they give you a welcome cocktail that is more like tap water, the breakfast is unorganized, cold and poor. I had been in other hotels in the area and this is not 1/10 of their service.

Best hotel in Pereira hands down. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The pool is amazing and facilities in general are top notch. Location is also unbeatable with nightlife, restaurants, and malls within walking distance.

Good location but little scary at night.
A little noisy and the air conditioning was not working properly, we needed to call maintenance and then it worked ok, not strong but ok.
In any case, I guess this is one of the best alternatives in the area.

We enjoyed our stay . Service was excellent , Edgar at the front desk concierge was very attentive and helpful. Our tv went out the first night and it was immediately replaced. The breakfast buffet had excellent options and the food was tasty . The only negative remark I would have to say is that for one of the days on our stay the pool was completely closed due to maintenance. It would be great if they did not close the pool for a whole day due to maintenance .
