The good- full breakfast and all day coffee, water.
The bad- Issues at checkin and checkout. No help provided to take luggage up the 2 flights of stairs. Mold or mildew on bathroom shower grout. Hotel had masking tape on walls.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable. The staff were very nice and professional; except one when I was checking out. She had wrong information about transportation reimbursement time-line. I had pay out of pocket for my ride to the airport.Other than that my experience was very nice.

The hotel was in a convenient location. Breakfast was good. Price for the area was also good. It is really a basic hotel/motel but significantly better than a Super 8 or a Red Roof Inn.

The room was very clean and the beds was very comfortable.
The only thing I did not like was that I was not provided with a taxi voucher back to the airport. The hotel’s bus was not working, so they provided taxi vouchers to their guest. The reason given was that we were not staying at the hotel for a full day. I had a 10 hour layover so decided to book a hotel rather than staying at the airport.

My friend’s car was stolen from the parking lot overnight. Next time, we’ll choose a place with safer parking. Also, the cleaning staff was on strike so rooms were not cleaned on a timely basis.

Overall, the hotel was really good. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was great. My biggest complaint is there isn't an elevator. This was incredibly disappointing after a long day of travelling with two little kids (one being a baby) and having to haul a playpen, multiple bags, and a big suitcase up the stairs.
