The pool was empty it looked like mold in the room. We were given keys to our first room and when went 4 stories up and walked in the room was striped and stuff was all over the floor so we went back down and given a different room on the bottom floor. It was not clean the fridge and microwave were disgusting the floor didn’t looked vacuumed and hair in the shower. I’ve stayed in so many hotels and this was the absolute most disgusting I honestly feel like it should be shut down and re done!

So impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the room. So spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot! What a great experience.

The room was okay for one night in a pinch.
The room was clean but smelled stale. A couple minutes with the a/c blowing and the air quality was good. The bathroom was set up weird. The light switch was outside the door, as was the sink. The shower enclosure was dated and the paint was peeling around the edge in a few places.
I suppose it was okay for the price. It just wasn't 100%
PS. The breakfast was actually very good. Hot eggs and sausage along with the usual muffins etc.

Price gouging. This cost us $1400 for 2 rooms 2 nights only bec us was Parents Weekend. 4 weeks later at a similar comparable hotel

Great hotel with even better price. Interior was nice and room was even better. Nice soft bed and pillow. Nice size room with office table. Small gym but better than nothing. Had one elliptical and one universal weight set that had one side out of service. Very close to several cities.

There has been water damage as evidenced by the smell in the room, the water stains on the ceilings, and wallpaper/shower seam. The room needs a deep cleaning/remodel.
The staff were excellent. We booked a 2nd night after our 1st night’s stay even though the room wasn’t $200 value. The morning attendant was very helpful. After Covid, it’s hard to find a good quality motel that is well maintained. Since we like to travel for Bluegrass we accept whatever is available; however, if we don’t speak up, nothing changes.

Lobby was clean and welcoming. Desk clerk was very friendly and gave great service. Room was clean, no bad smells, nice linens and towels. Great selection at breakfast
including apples, bananas, pears and oranges! Breakfast staff person was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed was comfortable. The room only had scalding hot water. Had to move to a new room where the water was just really hot. No cold at all. Breakfast was sad, so we declined. Even the coffee was made wrong. The apple juice was at least passable.
