Great place to stay for access to airport terminal.

Stayed for two nights, one either end of weeks holiday. We have stayed many times before and it is perfect for the airport terminal, being literally just across the road.
Staff are excellent, Rooms were spacious and clean, however some constructive feedback,I am not a fan of the dual use mirror door to the bathroom, which then becomes the toilet door when in use. It is not a floor to ceiling door and has no sound proofing qualities shall we say! I would also suggest a non slip mat for the bath/shower. The first room had a shower over a bath which was not particularly easy to get into, and the second room had a walk in shower, but both were very slippery when wet. Also check that the built in fridge is switched on. Ours wasn't and we had to throw out some food that we put in there as we didn't realise and there was no signage (front desk advised that they are switched off to save power, but the plug is not easy to access and there was no notice to state this) Food in the restaurant for evening meal was very good but quite expensive, and there was a nice atmosphere both in there and the bar.
Excellent hotel, good value if there is nothing on at NEC, when the prices go up, and using Tesco Clubcard Vouchers towards the cost.

This is an excellent hotel to staying to start your holiday before flying out on an early flight. The hotel is clean, very modern, lovely bar with great service and food. You can eat in the bar or the restaurant. The rooms are lovely plus bed is very comfy. Note parking in the NCP car parks across the road are expensive at £59 per night but the hotel give you a QR code to get 50% off. Next time i will include that one night in my car park package. Brilliant hotel and will stay again.

Entrance is opposite airport checkin D and adjacent to carpark 3 (with upgraded parking on the ground floor)

Had a short stay at Birmingham Airport Novotel to recover from a night flight.
Room was comfortable, spacious and very well appointed.
Reception staff checked us in early and even took our trolley back for us as we wanted to turn in straight away.
The room was very well insulated from the aircraft noise.

Arrived at 1am following a flight to be told the key system wasn't working only to be walked around to an Ibis budget hotel which is smaller than my child's university form room. I complained and was told I would be refunded and not even that has been done. Appalling stick with Hilton next time.

Couldn’t say much about our stay, as we only stayed overnight before flying to Portugal the next morning. The members of staff were friendly, the clean and spacious.

Check in was seamless, room was comfortable, food and service in the restaurant was poor and certainly not gourmet standard as advertised. Parking at the NCP parking nearby is outrageously expensive therefore the 50% discount provided by the hotel is a must.

Quite frustrated that I checked in before via email that had been sent, only to find we had to wait for a room and bed wasn’t made up for my son.

Hotel wonderful and very comfortable, but breakfast overpriced for very average food. Access also difficult to find, ended up using the taxi ramp that said no pedestrians but at 01:30 didn’t much care

Every thing was fine except the tea making facilities which were much less than adequate.
Two tea bags and two sticks of sugar is not good for a couple arriving at 8pm in the evening. We had to ask for extra tea bags which should not have had to do when paying over £100 for one night.

Spent one night here before a flight. The room was amazingly quiet with all we needed. We ate in the bar and it was ok food. Very convenient for the airport just walk over the road. Reasonable price too
