Nice and clean hotel. Lot of parking space if you come by car as we did. Expensive breakfast so we didn,t try that. Ate in a large shoppingmall next door instead. Good choice overall.

Nice stay on our way back from South of France to Calais. Hotel attached to large upmarket shopping mall, with plenty of options for food (as well as very large carrefour). Hotel nice and modern, 2 double beds, although rooms a little warm. Bar nice with expensive drinks €8 for a beer. Breakfast was good with usual items present. All in all a good stay, with lots of amenities in the shopping centre.

Love this hotel and surroundings. We stayed here two yrs ago at the beginning of our holiday and this year we stayed at the beginning and end of our month holiday. The journey through is so good on our way to Italy it’s a good stopover. With all amenities. Didn’t use the pool this year as we were too tired but also on our stay yesterday I noticed the pool and area was not as clean as expected. The restaurant food was amazing.

It wasn't my favourite place to stay. After being in France for 3 weeks and visiting some beautiful parts, if you want to make your journey home part of your experience don't book a place like this. Go for something unique. You will get more enjoyment out of it.
That said it does what it says on the tin if that's your kind of thing. Whatever you do don't eat in the restaurant next to the hotel it is a disgrace and the food is awful. The hotel food looked a little better.

The hotel was ideally located for out one night stay on the way back from the South of France to the UK, with the centre of Dijon a 10 minute ride on the tram from outside the hotel. The adjacent shopping centre with good food outlets was a bonus.

Pleasant Stay Despite Some Minor Issues
I recently stayed at this hotel during the high season, so it was quite busy. The Wi-Fi was unfortunately a bit slow, which was a bit frustrating at times. However, everything else about the stay was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast it was top-notch! Overall, a good experience, and I would consider staying here again despite the minor hiccups.

The hotel is located next to the shopping center and in front of tram which was great. There is a swimming pool and indoor playground in the hotel. Some staff didn’t say good morning or didn’t smile when we see each other at the hotel. That is a pity for four stars hotel.

We love this place which is why we come back. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and clean. The food was lovely for breakfast and next door have a shopping centre which is always great to have.

The staff were great and the room as comfy. Breakfast was varied. Our biggest down sides we’re having trouble finding it and the eve chargers we’re only for Tesla. We had chosen it for the chargers so were disappointed that we had to make time for charging in the morning.

However, will have to say that I would stay far away from their restaurant for dining. (Gallery 412) We had dinner there and it was bad. Food tasted bad and looked unappetizing. Service was.... weird? We have to ask for kids menus twice, even though we clearly had to kids with us (8 and 10 years). And they charged us for the kids, even though it says repeatedly that they eat for free....? And finally they cleared the table, when our daughter was still eating.

The fact that they charge 20Eur/h(!) for a Tesla Destination Charger is like a bad joke, and probably also breaking the agreement with Tesla. Nice room, but AC not powerful enough to keep it cool. Breakfast was great!

The room was described as a city view but in reality it looked out over the roof and air conditioning units of the large shopping centre beside the hotel. The internet was awful. The common parts were better and there was a good restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Also easy parking.
