I really didn’t like this properly , super dirty even the towel , we stay for emergency one night and I have to use my own beach towel and sheets because the room was super dirty and stain in the sofa bed

We decided not to stay because the facilities smelled unpleasant and were not clean. Another customer also reported bed bugs in their room.

For this being a Wyndham property we were very disappointed. Shared the room with roaches, we had to clean the tub before use, 1 towel was provided- 2 people staying in the room. No hand towels, wash cloths. We had to use the ice bucket to fill with ice and put in the fridge to keep my medicine cold. Drink machine on our floor was out of order

The price and location are great! The mattress is comfortable, but the pillows are old and falling apart and very small and the sheets are thin and worn. The breakfast is ok the olny hot food is pancake machine, no meat. I like bacon! Pool area nice, but the need to change the trash outside more often and powerwash the outside by the doors of the rooms. Just that would make a major difference.

HONESTLY THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE ON THE APP. place is in hood .abandond busted down vehicles in parking lot . trash everywhere. people living in hotel rooms. area definitely not safe at night . left went got another hotel

They need to find a way to improve their facilities, the only reason why I stayed the nights I reserved was because I was only there to sleep. The room itself needs to be redone, the walls are stained, the coffee maker has mold, and the bathroom walls have something that looks like mold too. The shower curtain was stained, the bathtub accessories were corroded, the pillows were not comfortable, no water bottles were available, no room service, we stayed 4 nights and only got our room cleaned once because we asked them, and the towels were the worst towels I ever used in my entire lifetime. Every time we used them, we had leftover particles from the towels in our bodies, and on top of that, they were so small you could barely fit a baby. Customer service was meh, with no sense of hospitality and, a good location but a lot to improve. We didn't even use the pool because it didn't look good.
