When arrived, we were given room key card. Got to the room and it had not been cleaned from previous users. Went to receptionist who didn't acknowledge or apologise for this, and just gave a new room.
Location of hotel is great, service could be better.

Very friendly staff, great location. Comfortable room, good shower. Nice to have coffee available all day, and complimentary glass of wine in the afternoon.

Super friendly staff who were always offering up the umbrellas or making sure we were aware of the free coffee, tea, and the social hour with free wine. The room was clean and overall comfortable. A little bit noisy but convenient location for public transit and sightseeing.

Room was tiny, old and just not very nice. The bare minimum necessities available.
The not-included breakfast that I chose to pay for had a terrible selection.
It's crazy you can charge around 1500dkk for one blight for this.

Room was not clean.
Bathroom could very well give you athlete's foot. I honestly think the bathroom has not been proparly cleaned for weeks.
Toiletseat is so well used it cannot be cleaned proparly. Picture attached.
Did not have bedbugs, so i bump it up from 1* to 2*.

I booked a room with one queen (or whatever size is equivalent) bed and got a room with two small twin beds. That was my only downside, that we were in a different room than I booked. Staff were great, espresso machine was good, but they didn’t replenish the milk in it to make latte or cappuccino. We stored our luggage in a locked room when we arrived before checkin time. I would stay again even though I didn’t have the room I booked.

Very great neighborhood, room was a bit small and the outlets were finicky but no complaints otherwise.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is convenient to take trains and metros.
However, the room where I stayed needs refurbishment, especially the bathroom. I stayed at other basic hotels in Europe but their bathrooms were simple and much cleaner.

Nice area, very close to everything. We felt safe and it was pleasant. Facilities are a bit older and there are no frills, but a nice European hotel all the same.

Cute hotel with a great location. Rooms are clean and cozy. Perfect spot to crash after exploring the city all day

Good location. Double bed base and mattress quality was poor. Shower was small and floor became very wet near toilet due to no drain. No floor matt and no fridge. No kettle but free all day beverages downstairs (nice). Staff lovely and helpful.

Pros: Staff was very friendly, they have a happy hour for wine, and they allow luggage stored before/after check in/check out.
Cons; The bathroom/shower was not the cleanest and shower allowed water to get everywhere in the bathroom. Temperature control was difficult.

We stayed for two nights, ist was just what we expected: a clean room with a bathroom for three people. Beds were fine, room was small but okay. We didn’t have any breakfast. It would be quiet at night, but there seemed to be festival at the harbor which was very loud one night. Which earplugs okay…

Great spot. Everything I needed and nothing I didn't. Dated facility, but location, location, location! Walking distance to two metro lines and Nyhaven, lots of restaurants, a couple markets ... Wonderful, friendly staff, too!

Very good location, walk to all the major sites. Good restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, complimentary tea/coffee all day and wine from 5-6pm.
The reception staff were friendly & helpful.
Would certainly recommend friends.

Lights in room did not work. TV broke and Wi-Fi did not work. No other rooms to give us and manager said she would issue a refund. So we checked into another hotel and ten days later no refund. The hotel was cute and in good location just nothing worked and I thought management was going to make it right

Clean but dated property. Comfortable enough but the room was very small. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is a short walk from Kongens Nytorv, which is pretty central. No bar within the hotel
