Horrible stay, would not recommend. Room smelt like sewer and the front desk would not switch us to a different room. The people in the room next to us were very loud all night and the hotel wouldn't do anything about it. They were not accommodating at all, especially this stay being for business so sleep is extremely important.

Great place..a cozy, nice beach hotel.. even not next to the beach is about 1 mile to a nice place on downtown Manhattan Beach.

It lacked bathroom towels for two people. Even though the room was very spacious the shower was very small. The breakfast was lacking in quality. Sorry even with a discounted price I expected just a little bit better and quality. I can't recommended this hotel.

Rooms are nice only thing I didn't care for is the old bath towels given and no shower doors like the pictures show. Great price and customers service was very good.

Room for 2 had 1 towel, no refrigerators in room, no ice machine on property that worked. Had to visit the front office multiple times for simple amenities that should’ve been readily available. Convenient location but that’s essentially all this glorified motel had going for it.

Shower was cold even after keeping water running, little response from solo staff member on duty. Room had a scent of industrial cleanser. Bed had weird metal frame that was noisy with its metal cover from bed to floor that made a loud noise if your foot touched it. No view from the room due to being in corner, even though most of the rooms face inward towards pool. Pool area decent, but set up overall is attempt to be photogenic but is really an inexpensively-renovated old motel. Free parking is good, but sign that you will be towed by third party towing service was disturbing since they did not give you any note for your car, just not to worry about it. Minor graffiti in over-used elevator. Breakfast had no eggs (not even hard boiled), was not kept organized or replenished for later arrivals at 6:30A to 9A breakfast. While there was a waffle maker (for self-cooking), but there was only one and there was a wait while other patrons used it. They had cereal, prepackaged muffins, white bread, juice machine and hot coffee but limited creamer for coffee and no real sugar. Convenient location if you have a car, but not near beach located on busy street.

Best item is the off the street, underground parking Mattress beyond firm, had to ask twice to have the room refreshed, not the best room lighting, elevator was a plus, near some great places to eat

They charged my credit card for “incidentials” and do not gave my money back after 4 days cheched out. The building is like a box. All the doors and windows are inside, so it was better have no window because you can hear everything. NOISY! RUN AWAY!

Smelled like pool disinfectant , chlorine , spartan , small and few towels , noisy Fled after one night . Lost $1000 due to cancellation policy which I should be reimbursed

I liked the room. Bathroom too small. Jetted tub loved. Base of bed is a toe hazard. Dingy towels need upgrades. Refrigerator did not keep drinks, cold, and no microwave in the room.

Nice clean rooms. Free parking available with elevator taking you to the rooms. Not very expensive at all
