No early check in, totally understandable since it says 3pm online. After the 3pm check in time the room was not ready yet, again I understand because hotels get busy and turnover time takes a while. The room is finally ready and the sheets are dirty and no towels or soap in the room. When I go ask for some they tell me that I have to give my dirty ones back to get new ones, I expressed that I am just coming in and that there were no towels in the room upon arrival and they didn’t understand or didn’t believe and passive aggressively gave me towels. First night is fine, except for in the morning, I had to fight for towels again and even gave up the set I had used the night prior. On the second night I start seeing bugs coming from under the bed so I look under there to find 3 condoms under the bed. I just would not stay here if you were expecting a clean room.

There were roaches and rats , no microwave and the pictures online are catfish, the customer service was ass it came with no room service they even wouldn’t allow us to get tissue or towels it was a waste of my money.

Room was in bad condition. A totally non-functioning air unit and really decrepit look and feel overall. Budget doesn’t have to mean deteriorated.

T he first room hadnt been clean and lacked basici things ljke towels and a working ac. The 2nd one looked sort of clean there was a stain in the toilet the ac still didnt work ans the tv didnt work but atleast we had towels. The number was pro was the friendly staff and the price. However i wouldn't stay here again unless its all i could afford

Two stars for location only, as the area has lots of food options and public transport to the mall is literally across the street. This is not my first Red Roof Inn experience, but it was my first time in one this bad. I wish you could upload photos to Expedia - aside from smelling gross, there were visible holes in both the bed sheet and the quilt. Two of the lamps in the room, and the alarm clock didn’t work (one lamp didn’t even have a bulb). There was obvious mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And the desk chair fabric was literally flaking off and disintegrating - like LITERALLY peeling off. I had to drape a towel over the seat. A mess.

All the rooms need updated

First room could not enter, key pad inop. Second room had dirty/dusty furniture and bed linen had smoke burns on it. No bathroom shampoo/conditioner, remote didn't work, loud neighbors and stood outside my front door smoking on cell phone. There was smokers everywhere including the staff outside font entrance of front desk.

The workers there have great customer service. The room I got wasn’t broken and they gave me another room with no questions asked. Probably wouldn’t be my next choice of hotels but the area has some good perks

The room smelled horrible and the noise outside was very noticeable at night.

There was no proper AC facility.

Nothing worked in our room. And when we went to them they did nothing about it. The a/c didn't work,phone didn't,tv some times worked, and are fridge leaked water all over the room we asked for it to be cleaned and it never happened. Worst experience. Never again

Dated. Needs to be refurbished. Cigarette smell from previous smokers.
