Room was spotless, quiet and having an Irish pub built in a hundred feet away made night caps safe.

Check-in was fine. We chose the bottom floor because we didn’t want to haul our suitcases up the stairs. When we got to our room, the door was a jar. It was not pulled shut. We went in and it was fine in the room. it looked like nobody had been in there so we stayed. Then we realize there were no towels so we had to go to the front to get towels. We were in the very last room of the building and we had neighbors next-door in our adjoining room. Around 11 o’clock they tried to come through the adjoining door. And then three other times they tried to open our front door. They talked all night long And never slept. The next morning when we were checking out, I told the lady about it and they knew who was staying in that room. It sounded like they knew them personally or they worked there. I did not question anything but they knew exactly who was in that room. to be honest this hotel is going down. The people look like they were living there or homeless. Me and my husband have decided we will never stay there again.

This was the second time I have stayed at this property. They have a good breakfast buffet with eggs and some other hot items, as well as the usual continental style. The room was clean. I was there three nights and had to have my keycard reset 4 times! Management needs to fix that situation. Otherwise good value for the price.

The staff was friendly. Our room was restocked with coffee and towels without asking. The restaurant on property was good. It was a nice drive to Kennedy Space Center. Surrounding shopping options were good.

The stay was not soo good. Service at check in and check out was decent. Service during breakfast was decent. Food choice was on the low end but okay. Beds were okay but sofa bed was a desaster. Bathrooms were worst with poor amenities and all in poor condition.

It was a decent stay, the breakfast included was underwhelming, but we didnt pick the hotel based on food. There are several dinning options near by, beef obradys, waffle hoise, McDonald's, wendys, kfc, taco bell, etc. The beds could of been more comfortable.

Quality and service are very poor. Dirty, smell molded, noisy, dirty toilet paper, some staffs are rude when we shared our disappointment. Not worth the rate we paid and we need Expedia support to talk to the manager about our concerns.
