The initial check in agent was kind of rude but the overall stay was good and the property was beautifully decorated!

Lift to the room is a pain in the neck but hotel location is brilliant

The place were in a nice area. When we arrives to the hotel they did not have our room ready so they had to put us in a double bed until king bed was available the next day. They gave us a credit and that was wonderful. But when I check the charges they charged me for parking when I did not drive when I was visiting Chicago. I had to call and get that straight. So be careful and make sure you check your credit card statement or debit card whatever you use for incidental.

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. My only complaint was the cost of a sub par breakfast. $30 for a coffee, powdered eggs and a couple of pieces of sausage.

Rooms are outdated paint and wall coverings are beat up and chipped up felt like the room quality didnt match the price. I was very disappointed. Staff were rude at times. Bad experience

Everyone was very helpful and their was fountain was out but went to the bar and they were more then happy to give us pitchers of water!

It seemed like a lot of elevators were in service. Parking was very expensive 60 USD/day. Because the area is kind of new, Google Maps isn't up-to-date, so it would be helpful to have a local map of convenient walkable places like pharmacies, hair dressers, grocery stores, etc. Would be helpful to have a plated option at breakfast. Sometimes you just want a coffee and toast and not pay 25 USD for that. Might have to call more than once for extra towels.

Location!!! This is a great property right in the middle of downtown. RIverwallk is right across and the hotel is nice views from the lobby.

The view was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, the TV was large but one could only channel surf because the guide was not working. Also, no one answers the telephone at night after midnight. There is no customer service. The food was delicious. The pool was very inviting but I didn't have the opportunity to experience it. The location is great and there is a CVS right down the street if you need incidentals or snacks. Parking is extra and very expensive. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again when I visit Chicago.
