Great hotel. Helpful pleasant staff explained the transport options and suggested places. Beautiful room, well lit and a great view of-the lake.comfortable bedding, modern bathroom. Wonderful breakfast. 200 m from the train station and funicular stop to downtown.

Hotel near train station and funicular. Nice view and walk way in to the Centre. Steep downhill with lots of shop, center with many good restaurants.
Room was very small and bathroom tiny.

It was great! The staffs were nice and helpful especially Paolo for being very friendly! The room and bathroom were spacious! The restaurant served delicious dinners and breakfast! We enjoyed it very much and had a great time!

This was a lovely and well maintained hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast, and it’s walking distance from the main train station and down the hill from the main shopping and dining area in Lugano. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Really great and quaint hotel, valet for our car was nice and safe. Area around the hotel was very nice and alive at night, the lake is close by as well

Excellent service. They didn’t miss a thing. They treated us like royalty. Accommodations were top notch. A variety of food options that provided exquisite flavors. We will stay here next time without a doubt.

Nice staff and hotel is right on perfect location. You can walk down from Lugano station. Breakfast is good. Shopping is walking down from hotel and the area is centralized. Will stay here again.

We had a studio for 3 nights. It's a bit of a walk from the main hotel and there is no service or cleaning during the stay

The location is excellent- just down the hill from the train/bus station. And just up the hill from the shopping district. Everything is walkable.
The breakfast and dinner menu include multiple vegetarian options as well as soy milk and other allergen labeled items. This was unique to our experience at other hotels during our vacation.

Very friendly and thoughtful staff. Go over and above to be helpful. Breakfast was great & waitstaff were extremely attentive. We arrived early & front desk person checked to see if our room was available & was able to let us in early which allowed us to visit more of the old town area. Right down the hill from the train station on easy ramp.
