You need to speak to your morning desk attendant. Came to the front desk twice and attendant was sound asleep on the desk both times.

On arrival the young lady at front desk was not very friendly. There was water leaking from the air conditioner in the room and the carpet was wet by one of the beds. I did report it when I checked out & the young man on duty then, was very nice & friendly. The room overall was ok, but it did need new carpet.

Nice stay

Cheap, uncomfortable pillows. DIRTY TUBE AND TOILET. Room smells moldy. The AC was off when walked in. No coffee or tee supply in the room. Bathroom had different hair types on the floor. THE PILLOWS, AND THE BED HAD BUGS!!!!!!! Some were dead! Front desk does not use hello, or name themself when calling in. Had to call several times from the road before some girl bicker up the phone without saying at least the hotel name! Learn etiquette!

While the beds, counters, tables and bathroom were clean, the carpets needed some serious deep cleaning. My room is on the first floor and when you check the bed, you will see that it’s being treated for bedbugs. The ice machine on the first floor is broken. The breakfast is good. The staff is super friendly. But the whole bedbug thing has me Doubting that we will stay again

Overall, I expected more. When I first checked in, the Pine Sol smell was overwhelming...the gentleman that checked me in seemed put out by me being there. I brought my grandkids back with me the next day and one of the first things they said was that it smelled like smoke despite the rooms all having no smoking placards on them. I had noticed this but didn't think much of it. The carpet in the halls and lobby is very, very grungy, it should be steam cleaned or replaced. I have stayed in many hotels and motels and this was not what I expected. The elliptical in the "gym" sounded like it was about to break. You should consider some weights in addition to the equipment. I also had a problem with one of the treadmills and it would not start. The room however was clean and I do appreciate that and the housekeepers that made sure to clean the room well.

The hotel itself was outdated and minimally clean in the rooms. The common spaces were in better shape. My main problem was with checking in. I booked my stay through Hotels.com then the property billed me again for the same stay. They still haven’t refunded my money and it’s now 8 days and counting….

There were some stains on the carpet in the room and on the hallway the cleaning could've been a little better, found a random piece of candy under the AC unit, stains on the chair in the lobby, the pool needs a lil more attention. But it had a decent breakfast. I'd stay there again...

The staff were so nice. Mel and Chris are the best, they treated with so much kindness and care. I would stay again as long as they are working there. I felt like a V.I.P. under there watch. Thank both of you for making my stay great.

From the moment I drove upon the premises, I was greeted with trash littering the parking lot, shady characters loitering about giving me weird looks and the aroma of weed being smoked in vehicles. I entered the building which was nice, at first glance, but soon was mistaken for some areas of repair. The smell of pine soil was strong. The desk attendant, was very hard to understand and it was a little frustrating. I had a room on the 3rd floor and as expected, the smell of pot was strong!! The room was clean, but definitely could use a deep cleaning, as there were stains on the couch, that looked like something bad happened. The smell of the room was bad, like burnt ass. I was only going to be in town for a day and decided to make the best of it, I went to Walmart and bought some air fresheners and some bug spray for the cockroach that lived in the cabinet above the sink. The air conditioning wasn’t that cold, and I woke up sweating. Overall it was just ok, wouldn’t stay here ever again.
