The place was very dirty had too change the room 2 times and the 2nd room had a roach crawling in the room and when I went to the front desk he didn’t not care and had the worst attitude

This hotel was gross. Smelt like old cigarettes, walls were dirty in the room, bathtub stained black on the bottom, killed a cockroach on the floor about 5 minutes after getting into my room. My bathroom sink was not clean and one of the two beds had red spots all over the comforter. The other bed had black stains on the sheets. They also claim to have breakfast included but all they offer is muffins. Very gross, would not recommend anyone to stay here.

This hotel was gross. Smelt like old cigarettes, walls were dirty in the room, bathtub stained black on the bottom, killed a cockroach on the floor about 5 minutes after getting into my room. My bathroom sink was not clean and one of the two beds had red spots all over the comforter. The other bed had black stains on the sheets. They also claim to have breakfast included but all they offer is muffins. Very gross, would not recommend anyone to stay here.

We had to wait at the desk to check in for about 9-10 minutes, same when we had to check out than the room was dirty found bugs on the floor and a stain on the sheet of the bed and pillow.

The check in process was great, however we found a live bug in the bed. We took it to the front desk and our money was refunded. He understood and was very polite. We went elsewhere.

I was disappointed when I checked in and they tried to charge me $10 more dollars because they gave our room away that i already booked. Then when get checked in the room was disgusting and tub not cleaned and hair was all in it. And in chairs also dirty toilet . Whole hotel smells and all kind of people walking around looks crazy. Though of pics looked great. But when i arrived looked crazy for my hard earned money

Ive stayed here in the past and i donr know what happened in the little over 3 months this place has gone from sugar to hell very quick there are roaches the elevator didnt work there is no communication between front desk and housekeeping they will knock not wait and just walk in. Im trans so i walk past housekeeping and one of the men ask a female in thier language what do you call that and they all started laughing the final straw is the female weekend front desk attendant is rude for no reason has a smart mouth and quick to put you out if you disagree with her

Checkin was easy & seamless. No problems with the staff when I had other needs. I would stay again and well worth the price.

First of all the elevator was not working, pool not open, we were on the 3rd floor, I am 65, my husband 75 & had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggage, when we got to room the door lock on the inside (room 330) was locked and could not open the door-had to wait in the hallway for more than 15 minutes after calling the lobby personnel to come up-gave us another room-this is the poorest customer service I have ever seen-In the room-the windows were so smeared with hand prints and god knows what else, dead bugs all over the window sills-I would not recommend this place even for a pet to stay

Most of the light switches either didn't work or were just broken. There was pubic hair all over the tub and more hair in the shower. The tiles were cracked all over. The couch smelled like urine. Will NEVER EVER stay at or recommend them. Complete dumpster and the front desk guy was too busy on the phone to get me checked in.
