There was very very little toilet paper with no roll to replenish. There were dozens of flies and gnats in the room and when I woke there was a cockroach in the bathroom. After my shower I walked to the bed to put on my socks and my feet were covered with hairs and dirt. The floor was filthy. I told the front desk and they acted like it was nothing new I was telling them.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Checkin was easy and the staff was efficient and friendly. The price of the room was good for the area, considering its peak season for tourists. The hotel itself is old and rundown, but the bed was fantastic. I checked the mattress for bedbugs and it was CLEAN. The jetted tub was very nice. I did see 2 baby roaches upon checkout, however I do not believe there’s an infestation because I inspected the room upon arrival and saw ABSOLUTELY NO signs of a bug problem. With all that being said it was a nice and comfortable stay. Would stay again.

Old hotel, but the price was right for what we received. A pretty bare bones room. However, it was clean, but a bit of a stale odor. Not overwhelming, but there nevertheless. Front desk was quite accommodating, although I feel it's a little unprofessional to call hotel guests "Honey".

Terrible Motel.
Changed rooms three times. We couldn't get in to the first one, the electromic key card would not work. The second room was too hot and the aircon was not working sufficiently.
The third room had no fridge and the door would not lock. We managed to fix it a bit and put a chair behind it.
It was too late to move again.
The Motel was scruffy and dirty. Five mins of wearing no shoes and our socks were black.
We wd not recommend staying here and surprised Hotels.com have it on their listings.

Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Unsafe, dirty, most of our lights didn't work. The door had obviously been broken into before. Neighbors were extremely loud. Didn't even stay 20 minutes. The only hotel staff was asleep at the desk at check in an 20 minutes later when we checked out. The clerk tried to get us to confront our neighbors in person, which felt extremely unsafe. We were promised a full refund and were told it had already gone through before we left. Months later, we were still fighting for our refund. It took going to corporate to get our refund. The property owner never once apologized. They emailed me just to say I wasn't getting my money back and that decision was final. Check all major review sites before booking. Save yourself, your family, and your money. Stay literally anywhere else.

Once we came back for the evening i realized my sons feet were black, and it was from the DISGUSTING floor. We booked this because of the breakfast and pool, waffle mix was separating in the cup on dispensing. Apple juice smelled fermented and just plain off with pieces floating in it. Pool was unkempt so we chose our health and stayed away from the pool. Many areas of places let go, dog area gross and unmanaged. Gate fallen down. Over all, dirty and unmaintained. Huge disappointment. Go anywhere else for the price they want per night.

Once we came back for the evening i realized my sons feet were black, and it was from the DISGUSTING floor. We booked this because of the breakfast and pool, waffle mix was separating in the cup on dispensing. Apple juice smelled fermented and just plain off with pieces floating in it. Pool was unkempt so we chose our health and stayed away from the pool. Many areas of places let go, dog area gross and unmanaged. Gate fallen down. Over all, dirty and unmaintained. Huge disappointment. Go anywhere else for the price they want per night.

The parking was atrocious. The breakfast was not good. The eggs tasted Yucky cappuccino machine was broken couldn’t get no coffee and it was so crowded in there. You could hardly move people fighting over food like vultures. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Shower floor was warped and would not drain. Hair was on the bathroom floor and towels. Lots of dead bugs behind the bed. Dead bug found under the comforter. Only one roll of toilet paper. Front desk staff was amazing and I have no complaints about them. I did not say anything while I was there, because I honestly was hiking most of the time I was there.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. My son forgot his wallet and we are several hours away so when they found it they were honest and told us they will send it to us so we didn't have to drive several hours to get it.

The pool was amazing! It was obvious the maintenance staff took their jobs seriously and the property was well maintained. The room was very large and clean.
