I was very disappointed about the pool. I picked the hotel just for the pool, I had a great room. Was located just right the pool was perfect looking thru the window. So I got my suit on and went in to take a swim only to find it to possibly the ice melt from a ice burg.COLD!! Most indoor pools are heated .I was very disappointed!

There was no mention of a pet deposit on the internet. I was not informed that there was a $25.00 per pet non refundable deposit until I arrived. (Just call it what it is, extra profit). The room was dirty, sheets stained, calcium deposits on the sink and the shower was more of a drizzle.

This hotel was a nice surprise. We arrived late on a rainy night and found a small but comfortable room, well-furnished with the bathroom area in impeccable condition. The breakfast room had some nice surprises, and overall, the guests seemed happy. We only stayed for a night, but the staff was responsive, and this was certainly the best of the budget hotels we've stayed in on this trip.

The room smelled weird, staff wasn’t too friendly and the breakfast food had mostly ran out by 7:30am. The bed was ok. There was a shirtless guy sitting in a chair outside the back entrance near midnight cussing up a storm as we entered the property. This wasn’t a good start to our stay.

Employee was very kind and personable. There wasn’t much parking. Breakfast room only had 3 tables. Breakfast was cold. The employee was heating up buckets of food to restock. Toiletries were already used by the previous customers. Bath tub was extremely dirty with a patched up ceiling. Stains all over the carpet and chairs in the room. The best was very comfortable.

It’s advertised as “family friendly” but they don’t have crib nor pack & play. The room ceiling already had several leaks from past rains, no repairs were done to fix it. No elevator to carry our luggage to the second floor, it was a very high price for the given quality. The only positive thing was breakfast.

First off the key pad for entry into my room wouldn't work manager had to let me in my room every time was like a storage room had extra chairs a stove and stuff in it
Looked like they hadn't vacuumed in a year the tub/shower hadn't been cleaned in probably a month hair old shampoo in it toilet didnt even have a lid i wouldn't stay here i wont agin i promise

Microwave not working. Full size oven randomly in the room. Too much furniture. Gross. Carpet hadn't been done in who knows how long. No toilet tank lid. More water going down the drain than out of the shower head. Hair everywhere from previous occupant. Just Gross.

The property is dated, dingy, & in desperate need of a renovation. Parking is extremely limited in a dilapidated back area with broken pavement and a discarded mattress. There are stains on the carpet and the bathroom is gross. The beds are at least clean. If I had the choice I would not have stayed here.

The property in general was pretty good, but they put us in a room where the air and heater didn’t work, the top was off, on the insides were exposed and were very dirty.

The bathroom were not great at all. We were suppose to have Handy Cap room. And we didn't get it. I just didn't feel safe around here it was not like it was 7 years ago one one of t place when I stayed for 4 or 5 days. We didn't have a TV at all. I will not stay at another place like this again. I think we should have got. Some retire to us.

Black mold around shower fixtures. Took all day and four requests to get toilet fixed. Understaffed. No housekeeping service.
Very dated.
